We had lunch here while on holiday in the area. A beautiful setting on the river estuary. Amazing terrace and gardens surround this romantic Castle. We had lunch on the terrace while enjoying the garden and estuary views. The service was excellent and the food amazing. Local produce is used extensively and the great quality shone through.

Visited this delightful restaurant with my husband and 3 kids, it was a beautiful day so we sat outside, the children played hide and seek in the beautiful gardens and the food was delicious. We stayed for two hours, unheard of with three children but the kids were having a great time and all of the staff were chatty &...

Visited Castell Deudraeth for lunch. First class. Service was attentive, mussels in white wine and garlic were mouth watering and the cheese plate with award winning cheeses was generous. What's more, we were offered free entry to portmeirion making the lunch an absolute bargain. Building steeped in history with a lovely conservatory and garden. Definitely recommend.

We came here for a family meal to celebrate my Dad's 7th birthday , 10 of us (inc 4 children) had an absolutely fantastic time. Amazing setting , great service and the food was genuinely top class! My brother in law is a top chef himself and was extremely impressed. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Castle 2 which was a huge room with separate dressing room and large seating area complete with a gas log fire. The sherry decanter was a nice touch. The garden is beautiful and you are away from the tourists in the village but can call the minibus at any time to take you down there. For "The...

This is a wonderful place for a meal. The menu is packed with fresh local produce and the the food we had (rump of lamb) was cooked to perfection. But the thing that marked our visit out most was the warmth of the welcome. Anwen Hughes and team on duty could not have been more kind or thoughtful to my...

We visited for lunch on the last day of our Snowdonia holiday. We certainly went out in style. Stylish restaurant with slick service and fantastic food. We took advantage of the order two courses and get free entry to Portmeirion village deal.

Lovely rooms, great food, excellent location. The staff and service are great and this would have got 5 stars if it wasn't for lacklustre service at breakfast on our last day. I think the (pregnant) waitress was having a bad day as she was very miserable. Sorry guys, she let you down.

Hotel, very nice and the room was superb. Cannot really fault anything. Stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and was £408 for 2 nights, so it wasn't cheap, but that gave you unlimited access to Portmeirion and all its amenities. Breakfast was good, and we stayed for evening meal, equally good. Huge car park, and staff very friendly. I...
