No vile lies, despicable attitude or arrogance. The truth of the matter is that in today's society full of media review sites, people like yourself feel it's justifiable to threaten and slander establishments for the slightest thing. And in this instance it was about one of your friends not liking her meal, which in normal circumstances would not of been a problem had her attitude been less aggressive from the start .
Because, even before I felt it was necessary to come out of the kitchen due to my waitress becoming increasingly upset by all of your comments in front of other guests, you were already talking about how you were "going onto Trip Advisor to slander the place". That, is not correct or decent behaviour.
I have created four extremely good well know restaurants and five guests houses in my life and never have I, or ever will believe that the guest is "always" right and I certainly do not have to put up with being threatened, for the slightest thing, with social media reports.
You forgot to mention in your recent message that you were all swearing and shouting to such an extent that one table of guests had to take his daughter outside to escape the foul mouthing, and, ALL the guests in the bistro asked you ALL to leave. I even threaten to call the police.
And please stop "guessing". I did not make a "dig" at anyone from Manchester. I am from Manchester myself, born and bred. In fact there was no mention of "Manchester" in my reply to your original review. Read the thread.
