A great night's stay, so handy for the fast Sea Cat ferry to Ireland. Comfortable room, very good breakfast apart from the herbs in the mushrooms, too many for our taste. A 5 minute drive from the ferry, so convenient.

Stayed here for three nights and it was perfect! Large bedroom with all you can expect from a B & B (no slight intended). Very convenient for moving around Anglesey with excellent walks and beaches all around. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

This was the first time we had been to this area so it was all new to us. I had booked The Gables thinking it was a hotel - my fault, I didn't read the description well enough on Booking.com. However, we were made very welcome by Chris and met Patrick the next morning. Unfortunately, we had a few 'niggles'...

My wife and I spent 4 nights here to attend a school reunion! It proved to be an excellent find, being very close to the beach at Trearddur Bay and only 5 minutes from Holyhead. Patrick and Chris were very welcoming, gracious and attentive hosts. The room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom and shower facility. The wi-fi access was...

This B&B is less than a few minutes from the Coastal Path for walkers. My stay was in room 1. There was plenty of room and the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom is large, with a full tub and even a bidet. Water pressure and temp is more than adequate (see room tip note). The wifi access...

Just 10 minutes out of the Holyhead Ferry Terminal and the car rental agencies is the Gables. Operated by Patrick Flynn, the two story B&B is located on the main road into town. Located nearby is a large shopping center and a Tesco gas station. Patrick is very responsive to any emails you may need to generate. Parking is on...

We were so incredibly fortunate to discover this lovely B&B. The owner, Patrick, is an extremely warm and gracious host. As as we drove up the driveway he came out to greet us with a huge smile. We had a lovely downstairs room complete with private facilities, plenty of storage, coffee maker, hair dryer, writing desk, two chairs, and necessary...

We enjoyed a three night stay in The Gables over bank holiday weekend, as attending a family wedding on Anglesey. Our party hired all the rooms, and we were made very welcome. It is a lovely B&B with a relaxed and comfortable style which suited us all well (three generations in the group). The breakfast was superb and the hosts...

This place is well worth its good reviews, I received a warm welcome, given very comfortable accommodation that was very clean and well maintained, this together with friendly helpful staff who do what they can to ensure you enjoy your stay. I will return here whenever I’m in the area, thank you again.

We stayed at The Gables on the night of Thu 13 Feb 14 and it was just what we needed. Chris and Patrick gave us a warm welcome and the large room was just what we needed to dry out after a very wet cycle ride. Our bathroom was of a good size and there was plenty of hot water....
