Had a lovely room want to get back there. A very pleasant stay. Breakfast was great. The beach was great watching dolphins in the morning. At the back of the farm you have the mountains of the national park. Not far is an ice cream factory, which I didn't get a chance to visit. But if you want peace and quiet...

Lovely peaceful location with views, but can walk into town short walk, the sea not far. I liked the mountain views. Would return. Is on a working farm that also has accommodation. Reasonable price. Delicious breakfast.

From the placing of the booking through to leaving we could not have been looked after better. We will certainly recommend to others. Lovely location and very peaceful. Building's are full of character and very homely. I married Maggie on the Saturday on the Talyllyn railway. We travelled to the ceremony at Abergynolwyn on the Dolgoch steam engine passing the...

This is a lovely place to stay, nestling in green hills above Tywyn. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Ann was a big sweetie, very helpful and kind. We never met John but we ate his excellent scrambled eggs for breakfast and would recommend others do the same.

Ann & John were most welcoming on our arrival. The room was comfortable with marvellous views out to the sea. Ann & John was very accommodating with my breakfast requests but most importantly of all Hendy Halt was only yards away and we made the most of it travelling every day on the steam trains. It's Talyllyn's 150th anniversary next...

This farmhouse is less than a mile from the little town of Tywyn, but totally silent. The house is lovely, and our twin room had windows on two sides. Bright and clean with room in the bathroom for towels for two and all your toiletries. Hendy has its own halt on the Talyllyn Railway, see the timetable on the gate...

Just spent two nights here for B&B. John and Anne were both wonderfully welcoming. It was my birthday and they even presented me with a fabulous card! The house is beautiful with many lovely features and simply oozes character. We loved the fact that the house has its own halt on the Talyllyn Railway (our reason for being here). We...

My husband and I have just spent a lovely weekend at Hendy Farm. Room was clean and spacious and bed was firm and comfartable. Breakfast left us feeling quite full for the day. Ann Jones was very helpful and homely. Minus point is that it's a little out of Tywyn, I found it too far to walk. An ideal place...

“If you are walking back after a night out then I would recommend taking a torch with you, as there is a short portion where there is no lighting.”

“We chose the double room with ensuite. Views to the south (for those incredible Welsh hills) and to the east (pretty garden, then cattle grazing and then the town over yonder, complete with distant sea view!).”
