Sunday evening 8th August and we booked to spend the night here. We docked in Fishguard on board Stena Europe from Rosslare at 21.45 and drove straight here, a 15 mile drive, about 25 minutes away. It made life easier as we did not fancy the four hour drive home to  Devon. We arrived at around 22.30 so the bar & restaurant, Lost Coins, nearby had closed, 22.00 on Sundays and everything in the hotel was shut. When we arrived there was no one on reception,  a young guy did emerge from the depths of the closed dining area. He checked us in and gave us our room key. He had no idea if the bar/restaurant opposite was open. Thankfully, we had driven past the Haverfordwest Service Station, a Texaco garage with a supermarket. So having dumped our stuff in the room we drove back to the shop. We bought some sandwiches, which turned out to be rather tasty when we ate them back in the room, we also bought bottles of cold beer, large section available. Our ground floor room was comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, we got a good night's sleep and the bedding was crisp and clean. There was also free WiFi in our room.

Hotel's Favourite
Having stayed in numerous Premier Inn's throughout England, this was the opportunity to stay in Wales whilst visiting St. David's. The car parking is free. My friend and I stayed in the Premier Plus rooms located on the first floor. Lift is available. On arrival after 15:00 we were met by a delightfully friendly duo of 'Tiffany' & 'Amy'. A courteous, swift check-in and off to our rooms on the first floor. The Room: As with all PI's the rooms are always guaranteed to be well maintained. Floor to wall carpet. Vanity table with hair dryer just inside the door next to the 'open plan' wardrobe with coat hangers and bottom drawer. The ironing board/iron is always useful. Spare pillow is also supplied. The suitcase bench is next to the work desk which has electric / usb - computer sockets. A desk lamp is available. The Premier Plus room have a complementary coffee maker with a choice of coffee pods and tea bags/sugar. Nice spacious cups, and two glasses. A fridge with complimentary still and carbonated water for premier plus guests. The work desk has the usual 'claw' for opening any bottles. Large wide screen TV and remote, as one would expect. We did not use the hotels wi-fi, so I cannot comment. The room has a very comfortable wing-backed lounge chair and foot rest. The bed, as always in PI rooms is one of the most comforting features, ensuring a sound nights sleep. 'Mood' lighting above the bed is most relaxing. Bedside reading lights are situated above the small bed side tables. Effective curtains which excludes daylight if required. The room has air-conditioning which I tested and found most effective (19c is the lowest setting). Warm air is available should you require it. The windows are sealed and sound proofed. The bathroom has both a shower over bath. I found the water pressure very good and the temperature can be adjusted to one's liking. The sealed liquid soap smells very pleasant and offers separate hair/hand and body wash. They are located in sensible positions. One of each foot - face and body towels are located within the bathroom. The Housekeeping should be acknowledged for their exceptional efforts in presented such a well presented room for the guests. Management please pass on my compliments. To conclude: The hotel only provides a breakfast room. I would suggest the guest contacts the hotel in advance of arrival to arrange a preferred breakfast time. The Marston's restaurant: 'The Lost Coins' is only a few yards across the parking area. The breakfast lay-out is designed with suitable space between other guests. My friend and I both enjoyed our cooked English breakfast presented by 'Andrew'. A most friendly and welcoming Chef. One can see inside the kitchen and I noted it was spot-less. We were fortunate to speak to 'Claire' who engaged us with most pleasant conversation. Management please pass on our compliments to all those mentions in my review. I would not hesitate in recommending this efficient, friendly and welcoming hotel.

We came in from a 1am ferry and wanted somewhere not too expensive to sleep. The room was very clean, big, had extra amenities and the bed was very comfy and appreciated after a long journey. Just a very easy, stress free stay.

Two of us stayed one night here after landing at 2145 from the Fishguard ferry. It was up to the usual Premier Inn standard and we had a warm welcome. Our room had everything we needed, except fresh air and a usable hairdryer. The window was sealed and the air conditioning was inadequate so I woke up with a sore throat. The hairdryer was very grubby, which I reported. Breakfast was excellent and the lady in charge was extremely efficient and hard working.

Awful, I'm absolutely gutted that we've lost £150 on this stay. We had to change rooms as the people above must have been haivng a wwe wrestling match on our celling. The second room absolutely stunk and the windows do not open (they say they dont need to be open because we get fresh flowing air through the room, we had anything but). Twice during the middle of the night we we're woken up by people knocking on our door, laughing and then running off. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had at any hotel, paid for continental breakfast, there we're a few slices of bread, 2 cold/stale packet pancakes, barely any fruit left, no coffee. We had to make do with a pot of yogurt each, for £7. There weren't enough tablkes for bookings and we have to leave our table early so somebody else could have it. Awful, just awful stay. I feel as if we've had our £150 stolen.

We stayed on Fri 19 & Sat 20th august. The room was lovely and all the staff were very helpful apart from the lady serving breakfast on the morning of sat 20th. We arrived at our allotted time of 9am. Sat where we were told to. By 9.15 no one had come over to take our order. So once the third table who had arrived after us had had their order taken I asked if she could take ours. I was glared at as she reluctantly can over to us. I politely explained that we had been waiting 15 mins etc, which was met with another glare and a sigh. It then took another 25 minutes for our food to arrive. This then made us late leaving for an appointment. Also whilst sitting by the entrance to the cafe I witnessed this member of staff greet 3 sets of people. She walked straight past one whilst they were talking to her and she was just as rude to the other two. Saying “OK” in a sarcastic manner at the end of each sentence doesn’t make it okay!!!! Because of this we did not book breakfast there on the Sunday. So a lovely stay spoilt by one person who really shouldn’t be in a customer facing role!!! A shame!!!

My husband and I were visiting family and we spent a night in an accessible room as I have MS. The room and bathroom were gorgeous and perfect for my mobility scooter. We both had a lovely sleep thankfully due to the AC as the MS is not a fan of the heat. I couldn't resist the lovely shower as I was able to use the handles and seat. Matt had a lush soak too! We had booked a breakfast for 10am and it was fantastic. Full English for me and a vegetarian version for him, delicious. Both the hotel and cafe staff were so helpful and kind. We will definitely be returning but hopefully for longer next time!!
