We booked this as a short break to get away just the 2 of us. We were staying in the Hollies which is a 2 person lodge with hot tub. It was everything we expected and more. Getting there was very easy just off the main trunk road, check in was smooth and we found the lodge (and the hot... More

Very enjoyable stay in the Hawthorn VIP lodge! Was a little outdated but knew this beforehand. The lodge was bigger than expected and had two ensuites. Had the most amazing view of the fields below full of sheep, especially from the hot tub. Lodge had everything we needed. The road to the lodges is very narrow and steep with sheer... More

We had a lovely weekend in the Captains lodge ,we went with friends. This cabin is very comfy and large, We had wonderful views from the cabin and bedroom over the golf course. There is a canal which is lovely to walk along ,also large pond with lots of ducks and Canadian geese.

The lodge was spacious with good sized rooms. Nice view from the living room. Staff at reception were friendly. However wifi didn't work only appeared once and we had been given incorrect password. If staying assume no wifi. The lodge itself was vey dark inside with little lighting in the living area. The interior seemed in need of a little... More

When you book up something different from the internet you wonder if it will match the web advertisement and description. We were taking a short break with two of our grand children, aged 5 and 11. And we all really enjoyed it. The lodge was well equipped and very suitable for a family group. It could do with a freshen... More

Myself and my hubby stayed in Cedars VIP lodge here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. I don't think there was one single VIP thing about it, i was expecting more privacy, not to see another lodge for a bit but there was one directly above us so felt a little exposed in the tub. I should say that we... More

Me and my partner stayed for two nights in Hollie Lodge. He had booked it for me for a birthday present and I wasn't disappointed. We arrived and picked up our key, to find our lodge was super clean, amazing view of a lake full of geese and ducks, goats and pigs, and full self catering facilities. He had booked... More

We booked 4 lodges for a family celebration. It really is a beautiful and peaceful location overlooking the golf course. Plenty of wildlife around would thoroughly recommend it for a get away from it all holiday.
