We decided to drop in for a coffee and a bun, haven't been there for quite a while. Some friends highly recommended the coffee lounge. We placed our order, my wife asked for a brownie, (on the blackboard) - "We haven't got any of those" - Oh dear.... We decided on scones. When asked what jam they had to go...

Stayed over for a walking weekend, lovely hotel, excellent accommodation, service and food. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. We spent a very enjoyable weekend walking Offa's Dyke with our rambling friends. Very central hotel in Knighton, good parking. Close to all local amenities. An ideal centre.

Rooms comfortable, attractively decorated, large bathroom, with Jacuzzi bath. Very nice bar area serving drinks at reasonable prices. We have stayed here on a couple of occasions and have found it to be an excellent base for walks in the locality. It would be especially good for the stage of Offa's Dyke which passes through the town. The rooms are very good. The Hotel has real character and the food is excellent. Service is efficient and friendly and...

We've stayed at this hotel twice now and I really don't understand why it's not busier. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean, and newly decorated. The bar has some really interesting and intriguing wooden furniture and the food in the restaurant is of high-class restaurant standard. Best of all in the basement...

Hotel is situated in the heart of Knighton, very pretty little village. There isn't much to do in Knighton itself but places such as Ludlow and Hereford are not too far away. The room was beautiful, lovely jacuzzi bath in the room, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, tea/coffee station. Staff were more than helpful and will accommodate to your needs immediately....

the hotel is great for events, I played at a draughts tournament there and it was very nice. It has private rooms for events and the event rooms are away from the bedrooms. There is also a bar and offers, buffet lunches.

The Whitton WI held their 100 year celebration at the hotel with some 100 attending. We would like to thank Rowena Williams who owns the hotel for her support of this important event. Service and food was excellent, and our ladies thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We had a buffet style event with cocktails being served all evening and the hotel...
