Had 2 seperate overnight stays for work. Friendly welcome with plenty of room to park. Bedroom was clean, tidy and welcoming with en suite bathroom. Nice touches such as biscuits with the tea and coffee and nice toiletries in bathroom. Choices for breakfast which was freshly cooked and delicious. Price was reasonable. Look forward to returning.

Excellent value for money - easy off-road parking - helpful host - location central but quiet - comfy bed & good night's sleep - wi-fi good - filling breakfast - I stayed here during a photography trip to the Mach Loop and I'd stay again.

Gareth, its better than Bala!! A little in joke due to an unfortunate choice the night before. We were welcomed by Gareth and immediately felt at home in this former manse. The rooms were smart, well decorated, comfortable and had all the little accoutrements that made it just that much better. Its very obvious that Gareth puts his customers first... More

Great place to stay with a warm welcome. Plenty of secure parking round the back for our motorbikes. Lovely garden with seating area. We had a room on the third floor with fantastic views. We opted for the Welsh breakfast and we weren't dissapointed. Would definately recommend and would book again next time we are in the area.

Very imposing building with lots of character, as you drove around to the very spacious secure parking at the rear you could see the well manacured lawns and decked seating area which really enhanced the property, which gave you a really positive feel about it. We were not dissappointed when we entered, a very friendly welcome, even carried one of... More

This is an excellent Guest House, with a lovely homely atmosphere, and spacious accommodation. Our room was spotlessly clean, and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were super comfortable, with top quality linen and pillows; essential when you have been walking in the beautiful country side around here! The Welsh breakfast was great, and there are also... More
