The hotel was a comfortable standard room but was freezing cold. In order to have it warm it meant having a very loud heating fan so the choice was freez or stay awake - resulting in no sleep at all! I informed the receptionist in the morning and contrary to their Great Sleep Guarantee he didn’t offer any advice and only gave me a free breakfast!

What a wonderful stay we had, the room was lovely and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the area, the car park is perfect and easy to park in for free with lots of spaces. Couldn't have faulted our stay at all, would highly recomend for a very cheap night away.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of days to visit family and friends. Lots of free parking in hotel grounds, which is always a huge plus. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach or airport and has a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming - a special shout out for Lewis who very quickly sorted a minor problem with our air conditioning and Abbie who was very helpful. Point to note - the policy is now not to turn down your room if you are staying more than one night but they will do so on request. Have booked for another 2 nights before year end and can see us becoming regular visitors.

The gentleman that checked us in Monday night was very accommodating. Was able to resolve our queries and issues eg extra pillows and keeping milk cold for the children. With no issue at all and was never any trouble . And then again tonight he was able to give us the meal deal in the restaurant seconds before we walked into the restaurant doors saved us a little bit of money . Room was adequate for what we needed it to be . 1 double bed and 2 single beds for the 4 of us . We did expect to have one of the kids In our bed with us WiFi was hit and miss the first night but was smooth and good the 2nd night . Can not fault the price we paid for the stay and would recommend and visit this hotel again if we are in the area . I whish this message could get to the management to thank the staff who worked 24th / 25th October

2nd visit to this hotel. As expected. Ample parking, warm welcome. Clean family room. Great meal and breakfast. If you’re going for the £24.99 meal deal you need to buy it at reception. This wasn’t explained to us but easily rectified by popping to reception to buy it. Im not a great sleeper but I slept through the night! Half a mile from the beach and lovely walks along the coast. Ill be back!

We booked this hotel as a last minute getaway, the rooms were clean and tidy but the staff were rude and unhelpful. We arrived early on the chance we could get the room early but was told abruptly check in was 3pm. At a prompt 3pm check in there was no mention of where to go or even what time breakfast was being served, just basically sign here and note down your car registration. The following morning we down for breakfast, which had a sign saying wait to be seated but 3 members of staff walked straight past us without saying a word, they weren’t overly busy but even if they were it doesn’t take a lot to say someone will be with you in a minute. Overall a clean tidy hotel but the staff could do with customer service training

Two night weekend experience while visiting family. A warm welcome, clean and tidy room. Booked breakfast, good selection, very busy on the Sunday, first visit to Barry, very friendly locals a really positive experience. Of course if your in Barry you have to visit Marco’s the theme park was busy but in our view expensive but I guess that is all entertainment these days.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. On arrival Kieran in reception was extremely helpful, giving us all the information we needed for our stay and use of the facilities. The food in the adjoining restaurant was delicious and the staff also helpful and very polite.
