This was our third visit to the Hotel Casa San Pancho, and we were as thrilled as ever to be there. Rebecca received us perfectly and warmly. Breakfasts were generous and well prepared, all was clean, the view from the terrace and restaurant is beautiful and relaxing. one can enjoy reading or just relaxing in the receiving area, in the room, or by the pool. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and through the lovely town. We look forward to returning, probably again and again.
Our family stay at Hotel Casa San Pacho was outstanding! It’s a beautiful, Indonesian inspired boutique hotel with hand picked decor, lush gardens, a refreshing dipping pool, and the most spectacular homemade breakfasts. The staff is incredibly friendly, they attend quickly to any needs, and the rooms are very comfortable and exquisitely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in this quaint little town, also just a short drive to the more energetic town of Sayulita. We would most definitely stay here again!
This hotel is amaizing! The staff is super friendly, place is so cute and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast was sooo good! You must stay here. I'm definitely. recommending it to anyone that asks. I'll be coming back soon myself for sure (:
My wife and I stayed 5 nights here. 3 in a queen room and 2 in the master suite. Both the rooms were great with the suite of course being better with the larger size and great views all around. When we arrived we had a male at the front desk who was there a lot of our trip. We don't recall his name but he was skinny and had his hair both up and down at different times. He did not tell us about the time difference issue when we got there and that caused us to miss the pool and breakfast the next day. Our room had small ants/bugs in it and when i went to tell him I had our water container with some in there and he wouldn't believe me about it until he finally saw them. I think he was offended that I would say there were bugs (we saw more of them a few times throughout the stay in the queen room) and from that point on he provided a lack of service. Any time we asked for ice, towels, drinks etc. he was short with us and just unpleasant. He along with the rooster that crowed all night were the worst part of this place. All that being said, everything else was PERFECT. The rest of the staff (especially the young lady with tattoos on her thighs) were amazing. Very helpful, always smiling and patient with our lack of Spanish. The free breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order, delicious and different each day. The pool (while small) was great as well. Very clean and warm which was good since it is in the shade a lot of the time. Location was great. We could get to the beach in 10-15 minutes walk. All the great places to eat were on the way. Friendly neighborhood. Close to the school which was cool and not loud at all which I have heard others say. There was a lot of noise from a nearbye rooster and it was bad. I know that is not any fault of the hotel, but it kept us up. They provide ear plugs and even with those we could hear it, haha. Aside from some noise and mostly because of the one person bad service we loved this place. It is well located, very clean scenic and the breakfast again was awesome.…
This absolutely beautiful little hotel is a real find. Just a few short blocks to the center of town, it's a quiet and peaceful place to spend a vacation. The breakfast was extraordinary. No need for lunch after this big, healthy meal.
