The entire staff from front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, security were all fantastic in ensuring we were safe and comfortable while we spent our week vacation at this fine establishment. The colorfulness of the building and the painting in our room. plus the beautiful greenery of the courtyard was so cheerful and inviting. Watching the children playing in the pool was an absolute delight. After a day on the beach, only a block away, it was great to find many different options to sit in the courtyard where one could easily connect to wifi or unwind after a fun-filled day.

Very good value and clean place to stay in Guaybitos. We must have been close to the hot water tank because we always had hot water in seconds! The air conditioner was excellent and quiet, there was an enormous fridge in our standard room that was only a bit noisier than the AC. There was a cooler bottle of water on every floor to replenish our water bottles. Also a very clean pool and hot tub. They also had a decent restaurant on site where you can eat at a 10% discount!

Stayed here some 25 years ago so this was a trip down memory lane .... There have been additions made to the property in that time .. the room we had was clean , not luxurious, bathrooms, again not luxury - clean & always plenty of hot water ... we asked for some extra towels, a couple of cups and a spoon as we travel with a little kettle. We didn't have a kitchen but all the rooms on the street side had a small balcony and a fridge (bonus). The bill was less than I expected, maybe cause I was willing to pay up front in Cash. $32.50/day(CAD). The staff were all a pleasure to deal with and it was a hoot to chat with the owner, he got a bit of a smile as we remembered one trip, years ago, in the back of a pick-up going to some Pineapple Farm. The pool wasn't crowded anytime that I went there, beach is just a block and a half away. Lots of good places to eat around including the place connected to the Hotel. If you don't have high expectations this is the place - saying this - This place had less problems than some 4 or 5 star places I've stayed. Discounts if you stay for a exended time. Lady next to us had a kitchen unit for $25/day (CAD) but she was staying for a couple, 3 months. 1 more thing .. they had big jugs of water all over the compound - no extra charge. I'd recomend this place.

The first experience we had in Mexico was at Posada Real and the family oriented Hotel was a colorful and noisy! It did not bother us that much but sometimes it could get out of hand according to our standards! Mexico is a wonderful country with even more wonderful people, enjoying their life and expressing it outdoors mostly. The Hotel caters to families and does a great job of making people feel comfortable. It's very colorful and the staff very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a real Mexican experience and not looking for a tranquil place to shut out the world, this could work for you.

Second year in a row we have stayed here. Great staff -very friendly and helpful. Idea for us because we stay for 2 months. One block from beach. Economical for long stays. Some people complain about things and I tell them if you want an-ALL INCLUSIVE Hotel then go and pay the MUCH higher price. Don't expect an ALL-INCLUSIVE Hotel at a budget price. BEST PLACE in town foe US. Go a block to beach for fishing at a fraction of the price in PV. Daily housekeeping/Restruant/Helpful Staff.
