We booked this hotel last minute and were pleasantly surprised to find it was on the beach. Our room was very dated and small, but had 2 beds (which as is typical in Mexico, rock hard), a TV that worked and a clean bathroom. Wifi...More

Hi, this is Carin, also from Canada. (Toronto), we just returned from a 17 day vacation in Guayabitos. We put a down payment on a place for next year, which at first accepted our 2 chihuahuas, but now informed us we can't bring them. We are going to stay at this place next year so we don't lose our deposit. We see that this hotel does accept pets!☺️, my question is, we should wait until we are down there next year, and talk with the manager to secure our room- with kitchenette? We don't mind cooking our own meals! Do they offer a deal the longer you stay? What is the average price for night? Is it better to negotiate a price when down there as opposed to booking online? Thanking you in advance for your help! Al and Carin
