We stayed here with our 2 children, aged 7 and 5 for 5 nights. I was a little worried about our stay after reading recent reviews on trip advisor and other sites. On arrival we went to the main doors and used the intercom to connect to reception, which didn't appear to work. Automatically alarm bells went off in my...

We stayd at this place overnight and it was dirty and grimy. The air con didnt work, the balcony doors wouldnt close, the upstairs balcony was grimy and filthy. The shower grate had black slime and a pile of black hair. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned for awhile. The receptionist was abit rude and needed to put down her...

From the start it was doomed. Booked for parking only to be told it wasn't booked . Was told to park in visitor parking , none available, so had to park on main road. They also have a no party policy, only to have a bucks night in the room next to ours which went on all night . The...

This place is a disgrace. The reception girl was soo rude! The place is filthy, and certainly not maintained. Our room stinks of smoke. Not clean at all. The roof has water damage and the ceiling is peeling off.. The front gate doesn't work to get your car in and out. This place is so run down!! Better off staying...

We booked a 3 bedroom ocean view penthouse, a 3 bedroom garden view penthouse for the first night due to my son getting married the next day, the boys stayed in the garden view and the girls stayed in the oceanview. The oceanview penthouse was the best, we had 2 bathrooms, filtered water on tap, a urinal in master bathroom,...

We stayed 3 nights and i believe this hotel does not deserve to award itself 4 stars. The location is great. Directly over the road from the beach and 2 min walk to convenience store, liquor store, coffee, restaurants and pubs. Over the road there is 12 hr parking which is also convenient if you havent booked a car park....

Sally who works on reception was amazing to deal with, she was accommodating and kind and did everything she could to make our stay as great as we had hoped. I would highly recommend The Bellagio. Thank you Sally!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom penthouse. The location was nice, walking distance to a few restaurants and convenience store. However, on the west side of Pittwater Road, which meant crossing the busy road to get to the beach. The maintenance on the property we felt was extremely poor. The BBQ was really dirty so unusable. And every wall had...

Facilities were good, well furnished... but kitchen supplies minimal (one wine glass in two-bedroom penthouse etc). BBQ faulty. Very noisy if you want the doors open for sea breeze (Pittwater Road!) Worst part was very difficult car spot charged at $15 per day: anything bigger than a mini can't fit!

Myself and my family stayed in the presidential apartment. The receptionist was fantastic and helpful and found the apartment to be of high standard. Will be going back for sure, hopefully for a much longer stay. The hotel is across the road from the beach
