The hotel is ok, not the cleanest nor dirtiest. The only thing that stands out is the location. Quite location, not too far from the city and right across form a 7 eleven. Also about a ten minute walk from both train stations.

This motel has again impressed me. It is the 4th time I have stayed here. This time I chose room 25 which has excellent views over the valley. The service was purely excellent. Kali was very attentive to my needs and provided exactly what I asked for. Also, Francis who works at the front desk was kind enough to help... More

Awful place, like the worst kind of motel in a box office movie. I checked out straight away and had to forfeit almost $400 for the week I had booked. Very low standards, cheap and grubby. OLD FASHIONED, SAGGY BEDS, LIMPY PILLOWS, EVERYONE SMOKING OUTSIDE THEIR DOORS.

The hot water system didn't work the day i was there and the manager shrugged this off like it was a common problem while proceeding to process my credit card. I didn't have my hand out, but you leave thinking some sort of gesture to make that right would have gone a long way. If staying here - insist on... More

The Killara Inn. I have a number of complaints: I was charged overseas taxation without warning yet the website advertised the cost in Australian dollars. Why? The king size bedroom I booked did not have a king size bed, despite being told over the phone we would be placed in a room with a king size bed. It was a... More

Good value for last minute booking. If heading north or northwest close to airport. Good to have reception open late. Prompt quick service. Allergy to smell in room but other than sore eyes and stuffy nose, survived the night.

They run it like a hobby not a business. Things are never open when they say.. had no hot water and I could not reach anyone... Lobby closed... Over charge for everything... Internet was supposed to be included but ended up have to pay 25 for access. Never again...

We had cause to stay in the area and booked the establishment as it fulfilled our needs...we thought. The internet site and indeed its appearance from the road would not make you think otherwise. The reality is this hotel is in dire need of an overhaul and a mighty good clean. On a positive note, it is not a bad... More

I stayed here for 7 nights in July 2016. I have been to this hotel once before in 2012. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Kali at the front desk was amazing. He put me into a great room with its own balcony and view towards the city. I think it was room 22. The room was very clean and... More

Stay here quite often for work trips and sometimes with family. Always feel relaxed and comfortable here. It is good value for money and offers all that I need in terms of room facilities and room service. Parking can be tight if you get there late
