Everything that the other reviews say about how hot the rooms are and how they either need ventilation or AC (yes I know it's heritage) is true - over night is almost unbearable and airless. We were also placed directly opposite the wedding venue = both nights we stayed with weddings pumping out noise ( all be it happy noise)...

Dear casstef, Thank you for letting us know your thoughts about Q Station. Reading through your review here Trip Advisor, it highlights the fact that perhaps we need to do a better effort in marketing what our property experience is. We openly acknowledge that Q Station is not a property suited for every traveller, and certainly try to communicate what...

This is a great place to stay however I just have to warn future travellers that there is no air conditioning available to the rooms!!! We stayed on a very hot Sydney weekend and were very uncomfortable. Do not stay here during the heat of summer. The staff informed us that as it was a heritage building it was not...

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend away in Sydney staying at Q-Station. We had a harbour view queen room (room 19 in p9) The room was lovely - with 2 doors opening on to the shared balcony each with HUGE views of the sydney harbour. The room service from the bar/restaurant was the same price as actually dining...

Great Weekend Escape to a newly discovered Secret Accor Hideaway on the banks of Sydney Harbour. Last weekend my Wife and I stepped back into a part of Sydney History and were pleasantly rewarded. Accommodation in 1840's fully renovated apartment with Harbour Views was excellent. On-site meals both in The View Café & The Boiler House Restaurant could not be...

This is a historical centre dating back over 100 years and was originally one of the first stops for migrants arriving in Sydney, Australia, The centre has been upgraded to a hotel but keeping the heritage of the centre. Staying in Manly

Neighbourhood Profile
Manly
A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants as well, especially along the family-oriented areas like Shelly Beach. An excellent way to experience Manly is to rent a bike and explore the dedicated bike paths and off road trails. The North Head National Park is another must-see. Located on the southern tip of Manly, North Head National Park offers great bushwalks and panoramic views of the city.
