We spent two weeks at 101 Addison. It was the perfect base for a Sydney holiday. The house is Victorian era , and is furnished and detailed beautifully in that style. We had the huge front bedroom, and the use of the lounge room , with TV, plentiful DVDs and music. Breakfast was light and always fresh. It is easy...

When I saw the place on line, I thought this is where I want to stay. It lived up to everything. Kind and gentle Jill, the lovely breakfast and the peace and quiet. The front part of the house is the exclusive use of guests with your own sitting room. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable, I wish...

We stayed at 101 Addison Road Bed & Breakfast for 5 days in November, 2016. This is a fantastic location and value. The room and house is very clean - you essentially have a small "house" (excluding kitchen) to yourself as the host tends to only accommodate one party at a time. There are tea/coffee and biscuits available at all...

We spent 5 nights at this lovely B & B. We were very comfortable and appreciated the privacy. Loved the access to additional rooms. You have access to the living and dining areas. Daily breakfast was great as well. Felt more like staying in a private home. Manly is the best kept secret. It is merely a 30 minute ferry...

Staying in Manly

Neighbourhood Profile
Manly
A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants as well, especially along the family-oriented areas like Shelly Beach. An excellent way to experience Manly is to rent a bike and explore the dedicated bike paths and off road trails. The North Head National Park is another must-see. Located on the southern tip of Manly, North Head National Park offers great bushwalks and panoramic views of the city.
