This hotel is located near train station and within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants in Crows Nest. The staff are fabulous and food great. Top floor rooms have a fantastic view towards the harbour and Sydney CBD. Highly recommend this place to stay. PS. the coffee is excellent.

Looking for somewhere close to the city and affordable we discovered Hotel Urban. From the moment we arrived til departure we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly - all smiled and greeted us. The bedroom was very comfortable. Really comfy bed, good quality bedding, curtains wide enough to block out the morning sun with no gaps! And a shower...

From the moment I dropped off my bag (on my way to a meeting) the staff were outstanding with their friendly can do attitude. I only stayed a couple of nights, but the room service was good and the bed comfortable. The TV channels were a bit limited, but the room was clean and quiet.

On check in I was impressed by how easy it was and how very helpful and professional the check in staff were. The room was comfortable and clean, I was impressed by the free slippers and dressing gown. The toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely surprise. The beds were very comfortable. Range of television channels were a little disappointing...

We stayed at a neighbouring motel re ently and we to the Urban for dinner at night. The meals were first class together with the wait staff made this an enjoyable dinning venue. As the motel we stayed at was a little compromised, we are looking foward to trying this venue. It looks very good and the tarrifs are fair....

The room was always cleaned exceptionally and the dining was also a...

This hotel was close to Royal Northshore Hospital, being less than 1km walk away. But it's not very near the train stations. The room was also very small. The hallway was also very small. There was no breakfast included. No pool. There was a small gym. It was also far from the outlets, far from the restaurants. Not a very...

From the warm greeting by Danielle when I checked in, to the final farewell from Danielle when I checked out (two nights), I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere as friendly as Hotel Urban. The rooms are very comfortable although my standard room bathroom was a bit on the tiny-side, and although the Pacific Highway was outside my...

We had a one stay here last weekend. Very busy with our family visiting from OS, so hardly had any time at the hotel. We did sleep there and the bed/bedding were comfortable and cozy. My husband is a very light sleeper, and the Pacific Highway location didn't bother him a bit! We did not eat there, or use mini...
