#1 of 3 Speciality lodging in Barwon Heads
Barwon Heads Caravan Park is located on the picturesque banks of the Barwon River, where the river meets the sea. Every site is within a short walk of the water’s edge. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the Bluff Lookout to 13th Beach. Fish from the jetty or beaches, rock pool ramble around the base of the Bluff at low tide, swim in the river estuary or meander across the bridge to the beautiful surf beaches at Ocean Grove. We have Beach Houses, Boat Houses and powered sites with absolute water frontage, cabins and powered sites with beautiful views out across the park with the ocean in the distance, budget cabins or unpowered bush camping sites, there’s something to suit everyone. Being just a short stroll to the Barwon Heads township, with an ever-increasing range of restaurants, cafés and shops, there’s no need to drive.

Great place to stay, especially off peak! So quiet and restful with great views of the ocean. Clean amenities and plenty of things to do so all in all a wonderful getaway. We had a cliff top site overlooking the ocean which was lovely-shops are within walking distance and lots of nice places to eat and get coffee.

Just an amazing 5 days out of Melb - stayed in a great cabin (everything supplied) and in this beautiful spot. Perfect place for a kids holiday with so much to do - my son was outdoors every day a d in bed early every night!! I got to “work from home” for a few days then put my feet up for the weekend. Can’t recommend highly enough.

we orgaanised a 2 night stay in our motorhome. We picked a great site with the support of staff and had the best time relaxing and taking in the park tranquility and the nice pace of Barwon heads. we didn't want to leave. it was quiet because of covid restrictions on metro travel but it is a big park and for this time of the year I am sure it would have still been okay. All the staff form reception to grounds staff were friendly happy and helpful. they really seemed like they liked their jobs. thanks heaps for making our weekend the best. back to work refreshed. we will be back

camped in one of the tent sites closest to the ocean - south end. Loved the location, the natural vegetation between each site and how well kept the park was. Easy walk to bar wind Heads. I had read about security issues, but I had none even though I left my site unattended at various times, including for quite a few hours on Saturday night.
