We stayed for 3 nights and we couldn't have had better hosts in Peter and Alice, they are the nicest people but most of all great operators who made sure all out needs were met and the place was spotless! Couldn't recommend Cooroona more and we will be going back again! Excellent location, good value for money, great food and...

Brilliant location - we were able to ski in and out most days. The staff were so helpful and understanding with our large group of students. Breakfast was good. Convenient drying rooms and comfortable lounges and beds for after a big day on the slopes.

Was lucky enough to be part of a group that booked out the entire lodge recently and was very happy with what we got. The lodge is secured with pin coded door locks so I didnt have to worry about my gear getting knocked off in the middle of the night. The food the staff put on is quality stuff...

My experience dealing with Shaye whilst booking was great. I had booked to stay with my partner but unfortunately my situation changed and I had to request a full refund. I have to say Shaye was great she communicated to me via email and frequently, great customer service and a credit to the team there at Cooroona Lodge. I booked...

Had a great stay at Cooroona Lodge when exploring the snow fields in early September. Upon arrival unfortunately there was no staff around to be let in but upon calling one of the owners was given the code to get in, and welcomed to go straight to our room. The rooms were small but nice, unfortunately boasting a bunk bed...

Jodie the manager is fantastic. Great service. Super helpful and the meals were hearty and just what you needed after a day skiing! Accommodated gluten free diners very well too! Family with 2 young kids (6&9) we're really well looked after and made to feel comfortable. It's a very personal vibe - like staying at your friends holiday house. Good...

Stayed here for 5 nights during the 2013 skiing season. Was sold on the family aspect and it didn't disappoint. Kids had great meals and loved the company after their dinner. Parents meals were wonderful and it was lovely to meet others up on the mountain for a break too. Tina and Andy were great hosts, catering to all needs...

This was our second week of skiing at Cooroona Alpine Lodge. Having worked in the French Alps for several ski seasons, I can say that this is the closest to a true European style chalet holiday that I have been able to find. The hosts, Tina and Andy are very hospitable, and the food – breakfast and a three-course meal...

I can't actually review the rooms as we did not stay in the rented accommodation section. Unfortunately we were stuck in Falls Creek because of a blocked road and Andy and Tina were nice enough to let us stay in their already full lodge. In terms of friendliness and helpfulness they were great. We had breakfast in the common room...
