Wanted a family getaway in the Grampians, that was peaceful and rustic...and we certainly found it. The unique Pyramid accommodation was perfect for our family of 4.....plenty of room to sit around by the fire, a very, very quiet setting, and only 5kms from the centre of Halls Gap. (300m from the Halls Gap zoo too) Facilities were spotless, and... More

Very peaceful and cosy accommodation in a bush setting - on quite a large property. Only 6 pyramids so didn't really notice other guests until it was time to check out. Eldest son was studying for exams so set himself up at the office where there is a room which is heated and has free wifi. Also lots of board... More

I absolutely loved the pyramid accomodation. The reclining armchairs were the best ever, I also loved the loft master bedroom. My fiancée and two dogs had all the space we needed, and we really enjoyed the walk around the lake early in the morning. The kitchen was very well appointed. The property is very peaceful, and not too far to... More

The pyramid houses are charming, great for making and sharing a meal, and relaxing on sofas. It was very comfortable for our group of five, perfect for catching up with friends and chilling before/after ascending the mountains. The managers are lovely, happy to help with a missing cooking ingredient and offer tips about the Grampians.

Rooms clean, tidy and well appointed. Great family location. Big spacious lake system with free canoes and bikes. Kids were entertained for hours. Close to township and all services. Minimal phone reception but outside was OK. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed here for a long weekend with the family (3 generations). The pyramid was spacious enough, but the space somewhat awkward and cluttered. A big problem for us was how noisy the house was. The creaking floors were so noisy that everyone downstairs woke up when people upstairs moved. And the walls are so thin everyone can hear what... More

We stayed there for a weekend in Feb. two family's and our little dog. The unit was absolutely spotless and the facilities were all great. The grounds and the view are breathtaking. We spent so much time going for walks, exploring the area and paddling in the lake. Then in the evening had delicious bbq, a play in the park... More

My partner and I stayed at Grampians Getaways for two nights to celebrate our two year anniversary. How many people can say they went to the Grampians and stayed in a pyramid!? We stayed in Unit #2. The units themselves are fully contained houses with all the amenities, and the decor is warm and homely. The location is perfect- a... More

Great place to stay as it isn't crowded with people even though we went in a cooler month (May) of the year. We stayed in Unit 4 of 4, which is set on a huge bush setting that you can walk around the lake and see kangaroos and birds. Phone reception is not that good but it was great not... More

Stayed at the Grampians Getaway Resort with my partner, our 3 year old daughter and our dog. Was a great time away and would have loved to stay there a little longer. We stayed in Pyramid #1. It was very spacious but cosy at the same time. It had a great urban feel to it and was very clean. The... More
