I think that with every hotel, they have off days. But it is how the staff respond to your observations which has an impact. My family stayed here for a night mid week. Prior to arriving, their service was excellent. I had to change the booking several times and they were beyond accomadating. I cannot fault them on their service....

My husband and I stayed two nights mid week and I'll start with the positives: The view was fantastic, the lady who runs the establishment is very hospitable and made us feel welcome and the bed was comfortable. On the not so good side, the road up to the accommodation needs to be graded, we understand that it's the country...

This was a last minute booking, and was pretty much all that was available. We booked it via the local Tourist Information Centre. The accomodation was a "family room" with kitchentte, and balcony, it also included a continental breakfast. The pity about the room is it appeared to be hastily finished. The balcony was shared with another room, which I'm...

Stayed mid week in the Sharman suite, shame the Piaf Spa package is only for the other rooms. A warm welcome, a well laid out room, the spa bath with the mountain view, the large shower, a very comfy bed & private balcony all made a great 1st impression. The continetal breaky was yum and we thought the HD TV...

My wife and I stayed here for an overnight get away. We were in the sharma room and it was amazing! The view on the balcony was spectacular. The bed was kingsize and we both had a great sleep. The room could have been a bit bigger but it was still great for an overnight stay. The breakfast that was...

A friends gift voucher from three years ago finally used to celebrate a significant anniversary. A beautiful winter weekend, arriving on our motorbike. We love the location. Were welcomed to our self contained Sharman suite which was warm, cosy with huge picture windows. Evening meal set in a warm relaxing spacious dining room, food locally sourced well presented and staff...

My husband, our 4 month old baby and I stayed here whilst attending a wedding at the property as we felt it would make attending the wedding with a small baby easier if we had somewhere to escape to if she was unsettled. On first impressions the property is in a gorgeous setting with amazing views and attached to a...

Stayed on a warm night accompanied by an amazing full moon gracing the sky all from the Sharman suite balcony. I heard the property was recently renovated a few months ago... It certainly was. The room had very stylish furniture and seemed very clean and refreshed. We had an amazing dinner in the property's restaurant. Out on the balcony with...
