My wife and I stayed at these villas in February with our two daughters, son-in-law and two grandsons. The proprietor Jim made us all feel very welcome. The villas are in a great location for touring the Great Ocean Road, and were very clean and well appointed. It a shame we could only stay for one night.

Good location, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 9; full kitchen; washing machine (but no dryer, although clothes line); carport; full kitchen; BBQ available; good shower; quiet location; clean; gas stove; 2 lounges; 15km from Port Campbell. Drawback = no top sheet on beds, only doona.

The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen seemed well appointed but to be honest we got fish and chips so didn't actually cook there. The welcome was warm and helpful, he explained everything we needed to know as well as a few local pointers.

The place is beautiful, perfect location, relaxing and very clean. Staff very nice. The house was almost perfect. Just a problem with the BBQ, the first one without gas, then there was a gas leak but, finally, we could cook. The price was high, but considering the location...

Fantastic and quiet at the end of a big day sight seeing on the Great Ocean Roa. Jim was the greatest help and was very accomodating for us to arrive late. Kitchen is well equiped making it easy to look after hungry tourists.

We were very satisfied with our cabin. Clean, loads of room & everything you could possibly want in the kitchen area. It even had its own deck & small garden for when the weather is warmer. We are travelling from Melbourne to Adelaide and had originally only booked one night. As we had not seen everything we wanted to around the...

A cosy villa with living room, 2 rooms, kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, utensils, cooking oil, salt, etc). Free wifi is provided too. Would recommend fellow traveler...

I booked a room only one day before. When I arrived there with my mum I saw that the place was isolated and without outdoor lights. IT WAS RELLY SCARY!! I went to see the inside of the little room that he gave us. It was old, ugly and it had a bad smell. More important, it wasn't the same...

Management response:

Just want everyone who have read this review to know what happened. These people didn't even stay, they booked online, arrive about 7pm, I showed them through the villa turned the heater on, (2 bedroom fully self contained villa) all good no problems, then they asked where they can eat, I said there is a hotel with a restaurant 1km...

Stayed 1 night on our tour of the great ocean road. Unit #2 was clean and surprisingly large with 2 bedrooms, washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator, BBQ in garage space, balcony with table and chairs and flat screen TV. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Town is quite small with nothing open past 8pm (when we arrived) so back to port...
