Wonderful pre-federation era room but with modern comforts. Owner was very friendly and a room well priced with great breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here after a day in the Mornington wine region.

The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had and the host, Cheryl, was fantastic.
We can't wait to come back.
