We checked in after a 10 hour drive. Rachel was the only desk attendant and was helping another guest when we arrived. She was very attentive to the guests before us as well as us. Wonderful room, quite large. Had a great selection at breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Great location, a half a block of the main drag. Close but not too close. Pets are always welcome which is why we stay

Convenient location and nice older hotel. Pets are always welcome. Room was clean and bed slept great. Pillows were very comfortable; a welcome change from most hotels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The entire hotel smelled horrible and the rooms were not clean. I felt like I was at a sleazy motel where unmentionable things happen. We left! I would recommend staying at another hotel. You get what you pay for.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. Asked for room change as I am a light sleeper and found freeway noise bothered me. New room was perfect! I was very pleased with the location and the closeness to major highways. I thought the room needed to be cleaned better. I have been flying in and out of BNA for nearly 20 years and have never been accosted for parking charges before attempting to check in to this hotel. According to their staff, everyone does it. Hmm, NO! They were gracious enough to let me out of the reservation at 11:00 pm but this is not the place to stay...
