I just stayed here for 2 nights and I can tell you the front desk staff is as good as I have ever seen anywhere. Gary checked me in and called me by name the rest of my stay. I noticed he talked to everyone that walked in the door and called many by their first names. He was just...

I've stayed here often. The rooms are always well maintained. My only disappointment is I have to have a feather free room due to my allergies and asthma. It's in my preferences and I call ahead, yet my room isn't ever set up feather free. Even the night time staff honestly has no clue what the difference is in these...

A friend and I stayed here for a few nights during a girls trip. The facility is pretty good for a Courtyard. We got a corner room that was very spacious, the beds were comfortable and it had a larger than normal mini fridge which was greatly appreciated. The vanity area of the bathroom was separate from the commode and...

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End for a long weekend and my first time to Nashville. All the employees were very knowledgeable and made great recommendations of things to do, place's to eat and transportation as well. Would stay there again....

I have stayed in Marriotts in many towns, but this was the lower-end version. First off, I wasn't aware of $26 parking fee when I booked thru Priceline. This should have been disclosed! had I known, I would not have stayed here! Also, carpet had stains and there was some type of moisture/grease (from carpet in hotel?) that stuck to...

Hello! I wanted to thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I see that you mentioned that you booked through Priceline and they did not discuss the parking with you and for that I am truly sorry. When you book through the Marriott reservations it clearly shows all associated charges and our parking fee is lower than...

I wondered no longer why I left the Marriott brand. Room was over priced, parking was more expensive than Chicago or NYC. Restaurant (if you can call it that) was closed before 10pm. Snack shop had a freezer, no ice cream.

Hello, I understand if you feel the price for parking was high and I apologize for that. We are actually less expensive than any other Marriott property in both mid town and downtown. If you would like to call the property I can discuss your stay and review any issues that you encountered.

It was a very nice visit. The people that worked at the hotel were very nice and helpful. Everyone had great customer service. I used valet parking. Curtis was the guy that did my valet parking. He was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Great hotel for our anniversary weekend in Nashville! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the shuttle service to Broadway and nearby restaurants was extremely convenient. Rooms were clean, nice and comfortable. We could have not have asked for more.

Great location very close to downtown. We where there for a cheer leading competition hotel has a shuttle to and from downtown that runs until 10 pm, very useful. Just allow time for traffic and if there are a lot of people staying in hotel there might be a little wait. Nice shops and restaurants in this local area and...
