Prompt check in and valet service. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing suggestions on local restaurants and downtown "must see" venues. Complimentary shuttle service to downtown made the trip delightful. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Best thing about the hotel was the location. It is in walking distance of multiple places to eat including Noshville, Hattie Bs chicken, Two Boots pizza, and the Patterson house (to name a few). The room itself was just okay but does the trick for a short stay. Hopefully when you are there you will be able to meet Gary...

We arrived on a Friday afternoon and were quickly checked in. After a long 11 hour drive, we got to our room and our keys did not work. This happened twice during our visit and we had to get new keys made at the front desk. Room was nice with a king bed overlooking the courtyard. Hotel shuttle was nice...

This is a Courtyard by Marriott. In terms of rooms, bath fixtures, toiletries etc, don't expect the Ritz or JW Marriott, it is what it is--comfortable, clean, predictable and having the amenities that one would expect. There are two things that really make this Marriott stand out. 1. The concierge staff at the Front is spectacular. We interacted a fair...

My husband and I arrived in Nashville for a vacation. During a museum visit on our very first day, my husband suffered a medical emergency and had to be rushed to the ER. His condition resulted in surgery, causing us to stay in Nashville well past our intended visit. For two weeks Courtyard became my home and my family. Management...

This is a great business hotel. The staff is super friendly and the accommodations are great. There are many restaurants within walking distance, plus the hotel’s café offers good food. The rooms are large enough for you to spread your work out and get a lot done without feeling cramped. I would stay here again.

Five of us stayed in two rooms (each with two queen beds) at the Courtyard/Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End Sept. 24-28, 2015. The location was excellent, the staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful, and the beds were comfortable. I have to say, we all agreed - the pillows on the beds were some of the most comfortable pillows we have...

Gary made our stay great! Upon a (quick!) check in, he gave us all the information we needed to get off and running on our Nashville anniversary vacation. The rooms were nice and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I believe the price was higher than I thought they should be for what we received ($1200 for just 4 nights!!!) as...

It was "Back to School" time in Nashville, so we decided to try this very clean, modern and affordable location close to the local University in the West End section of Nashville. The beds were very comfortable, the customer service was top notch. The only hiccup was the valet parking. We did not understand that we needed to check-in first...
