My husband and I visited Nashville for the first time to celebrate our last few months together before our family grows to three. Linden Manor was the perfect spot to stay. Beautiful rooms (we stayed in the Linden room), unparalleled service, and delicious breakfast. It's also in a great location; walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants on 12th,...

My mother/daughter trip began at the Linden Manor Bed and Breakfast and I will forever remember staying in the beautiful Linden Room as my first B & B experience. The amazing talent of Peigi in the kitchen was second to her warm welcome and continued offerings during our stay. We stayed for two nights and it was hard to leave....

We were impressed with 1501 Linden Manor from before we ever arrived. Making our reservation was a pleasure with Peigi (the Inkeeper) answering all our questions, offering to get us tickets for the Opry and simply making us anxious to tour Nashville for our first time. When we arrived we were very pleased with the Inn from the coziness and...

My husband and I traveled to Nashville and stayed at Linden Manor for three nights. Our visit was absolutely perfect in every way. We were greeted by the innkeeper upon our arrival. Catherine could not have been more warm and welcoming, and provided us with much needed site seeing and travel advice as this was our first time in Nashville....

The innkeepers answered the phone right away and I made my reservation very easily. It is on a nice quiet street within just a block of trendy restaurants on 12th Avenue. You don't need to leave the neighborhood to eat and you don't have to drive or find parking. That's the best part because there isn't much parking in Nashville....

My husband and I stayed in the Linden Suite for 2 nights as we were traveling through Nashville. We were so impressed with the quality of the B&B and the hospitality from the first phone call to check out. Catherine is professional, passionate and generous. Southern hospitality at its finest. Wonderful first B&B experience!

We were disappointed in the this BB and not up to par with others we have stayed at especially for the cost. The tv was 12 inches, there was a mattress stored under the bed and a mirror stored in the armoire. There was no good place to put your clothes except in your luggage as no drawers only hangers,...

We had a very warm welcome. They recommended some great local restaurants and they were very accommodating on booking reservations. Breakfast was a nice time to chat with other guests and share our Nashville findings. Although we were not thrilled with the Nashville environment, we enjoyed at time at Linden Manor. We were very disappointed with the Grand Ole Opry,...

Everything about this B & B was wonderful. We cannot speak highly enough. The place, the people who run it, the meals were all exceptional!!! The owners and the Innkeeper went out of their way to be helpful. They even pre-purchased tickets for the Grand Ole Opry. The Linden Manor was lovely and we would not hesitate to go back.

Located around the corner from 12th Avenue with shops, restaurants, bars and a park the Linden manor is a great place to stay because it is also close to downtown Nashville. A lovely neighborhood with equally enthralling, well-kept homes. The breakfasts were customized for our varying food needs and was very good. In a town with very high hotel prices...
