I have stayed at many budget hotels and motels. This was by far the worst. Check in was at 3. They told us our room was not ready but gave us our keys any ways and told us that our room was being cleaned. Went to our room and the door was wide open and no cleaning person in sight,...

This is a very large motel with what are called the upper and lower buildings. It looks to me like the upper building, which has the office, was once part of a bank. There is a drive thru teller’s window in the office. The office and lobby are no great shakes, but this is not the Savoy. Our room was...

Cheap feel. Outdated. Aged. Rundown. Terrible WiFi. Was sent to wrong room-type 3 times before finally getting a room with king-size bed as requested. However, great location..only a 10-15 walk to the Grand Ole Opry and easy access to downtown Nashville by car or shuttle.

I've stayed here twice now, both time in the lower building down the hill. The service was great haven't had issue either time with problems. It does need to be upgraded some and they seem to be working on it by the last visit I had. Can't wait to see!

We normally like staying here (on the remodel side). When I booked the room I requested double beds on a lower level (age). While let's just say we went on a wild goose chase. The gentleman behind the counter sent us on the wrong side come to find out we we were on the opposite side 3rd floor and a...

We stayed here during CMA Fest 2016. Room was excellent, comfy beds, clean, friendly staff & housekeeping staff. Reserved again for CMA Fest 2017! Cracker Barrel right next door. Our 2nd time staying here. Will recommend to friends and family.

The rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant. It's very convenient for taking in a show at the Opry or Nashville Palace. Good parking as well. Although it can be a little loud at times, the nature of my visit was to have a good time and I was not bothered in the least.

The rooms are old and dirty. TV's need to be replaced, and the cable was out our entire stay. The continental breakfast is a joke! Amounts to nothing more than stale bread and a pack of jelly. The lobby is dirty, dusty, and depressing. The staff is friendly until you complain.....The upper building is nice and has been updated, the...

Run down, dirty. Very old towels, pillows bedding. Towel bars, and handles falling off the walls. Continental breakfast is in my top 2 worst ever. Coffee looked like dirty water. The hotel is just about empty but when I asked to change rooms after the first night, (of seven) I was told by the front desk clerk that she'd have...

This place is very dated but also didn't feel very clean as old. Staff very good and helpful putting me on the side that didn't have the 3 bars around it which was good as I couldn't hear the noise. Probably not a bad price for an old motel considering the ridiculous prices of hotels but I would pay a...
