My wife was in the hospital, my daughter and I needed to get a room. We were SHOCKED to learn parking was $40 per night!!! The hospital doesn't charge for parking! The $10 vouchers weren't much help when breakfast was $20+ per person. We are loyal Hilton fans, but this hotel is not one we will return to.

Hotel's Favourite
The price was great compared to downtown. The location was just far enough outside of the hustle and Brussel of downtown. Easy walk to Westside and downtown. Our next visit will probably stay downtown though. Hotel is quiet which is nice. Nashville is a happening, loud place 😀.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by the most friendly receptionist, Dana. She always had a smile on her face and provided great recommendations on food and nightlife. The second shoutout has to go to Catherine who was working the bar during their 4:00-6:00 happy hour. Above and beyond service from all the staff that I encountered during my two night stay.

This hotel is a great hotel, the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is extremely well kept and clean. The best part of the hotel however, is its staff. I am a Hilton diamond lifetime member so I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this by far is the best I’ve ever stayed at due to the incredible staff. Kiera, Emme, and Dana absolutely made me feel like family and when you’re traveling alone, as much as I do, that’s incredibly important. Every time I saw them, they called me by name and asked how my day was or complemented me. They were always asking me if I needed anything and what they could do to help. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to Nashville and think that Hilton would serve themselves well to let these three ladies teach others how to treat your customers! I’m sure I have missed a few employees there, because the manager was awesome, the lady working the bar at night was fabulous, the breakfast staff was great, and all of them contributed to my feeling that this is the friendliest Hilton property in the United States and abroad!

We stayed here to go to broadway st./and a Nashville Predators game. It is approximately 1.1-2 miles away from most tourist attractions. There are hotels right on the main drag, but this hotel allows you to get away from that noise and craziness, (if that’s what you desire) to at least get some rest. They had a decent hot tub and pool area as well. We experienced their breakfast and dinner as well. Both were an extra cost, but were decent for what you got. For breakfast I got the breakfast sandwich which was decent because the price of the buffet seemed pretty high to me. For dinner we shared a pizza and a burger. The pizza is pretty huge, and both were pretty decent. Expect to pay extra $ for valet parking as well. The room, however, was where it fell short for us. With 2 adults and a teenager, (and only one large suitcase) it felt pretty cramped. For the price, I’ve had many hotels give more wiggle room and more value. Although this was a decent stay, I would consider alternate arrangements for more space if we were to return to Nashville.

I stayed here for a couple days on a last minute business trip. The stay was great, always a great choice staying at a Hilton. Front desk staff were so nice! When I pulled up the Valet guy Matt was great! I asked him if he knew a couple places to get some food. He gave me a great donut place, and a couple places for lunch/dinner. He made giving/retrieving my car a breeze. The whole stay was wonderful, after having business headaches!

Chantz at vallet was super nice! Hotel was clean staff was all friendly. Breakfast buffet I tried and would not recommend. Out toliet kept clogging had to call maintenance twice(no it wasn’t us doing) lol. Less than a mile from music row! Would stay again.
