All the rooms are around a large open atrium area. The noise echoes around and it very loud. No soundproofing in the rooms either. Post quiet hours start at 9 pm, but it didn't quiet down until almost midnight. Then there were still drunks loudly coming back to their rooms and running around, yelling and playing games in the hallways....

Very beautiful hotel. Confusing tho! Make sure you have a map. Ended up spending a lot more than quoted for a room. Also there was a parking charge we weren't made aware of. Also asked for a bellboy twice to help with our luggage and they never showed.

This hotel absolutely does not work for me. I am an extremely light sleeper and am having more trouble with the noise from the center of the hotel that I can barely sleep. The pros: staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, a short walk (10 min) to Opryland resort, free shuttle to the resort, the...

I thought my last trip here was bad (3 room changes in 4 days) but this one topped that. Arrived to the hotel after a late flight in and was told by a phone call earlier that we to check in in the Magnolia lobby for Elite member's. When we got there they were closing the desk down. After a...

We stayed here bc our daughter had an event across the street at the convention center. I recommend it if you have an event to attend across the street. While this hotel is not as fancy, it is quieter but still only a ten minute walk. It seemed a bit pricy for what it was, but given both the convention...

The indoor pool is open in the centre of the hotel so everything smells of warm chlorine. The cafe and sitting spaces are here so there's no escape. Also this central space with pool attracts all the kids so it's rowdy. No peaceful areas. Rooms on the outer sides are slightly quieter apart from the road noise. Not a relaxing...

I felt I needed to defend this hotel. Nashville tends to be an expensive hotel market. This hotel is a great value. Backstage grill is a fun inexpensive dinner choice as well. Location is great and staff is very friendly. They have a large pool area and excellent fitness center.
