The staff at the Vanderbilt Marriott could not be more rude! We waited over 1 1/2 hours past check in time for our room before leaving. All the rude front desk clerk could say to us was " What do you want me to do? Clean your room?" Clearly poor management at this location! Steer clear!

I think they need to develop a friendlier approach to have my business again. They ask me if I wanted vail parking or self parking. My daughter was having surgery so I decided I would be in and out too many times for vail parking. Three days later I was charged vail parking because you pay this charge either way....

I am writing this review with heavy heart. And that's why. From one side, this hotel has good location, fantastic staff, great valet parking service, clean. I was in updated room. Everything is new and nice. But, here is going this but. I am sure that redesign was done by male. There is no dresser, not any kind: one draw,...

So I am Hilton Honors member and a quite loyal one at that, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again (sorry Hilton). The food was outstanding!!! I stayed here for a two day business trip and I think I actually gain a few pounds! The service was outstanding --shout out to Miriam!! She made sure I got the...

We stayed for a weekend - and had a great view of the Parthenon! The room was well appointed and clean - and the beds were comfortable. The staff was more than accommodating - The only think is that we opted to self park - which was a bit of a hike from the hotel and a bit hard in...

This was our first visit to Franklin - staying at the Marriott was one of the highlights of our stay! Great staff with excellent customer service skills. We had the breakfast included in our rate - it's a full buffet that includes hot biscuits. Next time we are Franklin we will definitely choose this hotel.

My husband and I recently spent the weekend in Nashville, TN. I discovered I had some extra vacation days that needed to be taken before the end of the year and neither of us had ever been to Nashville so we booked a trip. While researching for the trip I came across information for Centennial Park so imagine our delight...

I booked a hotel room block here for my wedding a few weeks back. When I originally blocked off the rooms, they let me know there was going to be construction during that time. They told me "none of our guests would be bothered and they would put our guests on a floor far enough away". I believed them. When...

Very nice hotel with potential to be nicer. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately I arrived during renovation season. I wasn't made aware of this prior to arriving otherwise I may have stayed elsewhere. The front desk staff was very forthcoming and alerted me that after 8:30 there would be loud construction. The concierge lounge was moved from floor 11...

I came here back in October and we weren't blown away by this hotel. The staff were very nice and the room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable and sleep was poor overall. The hotel is very conveniently located (right near the football stadium and various restaurants), but I doubt I would stay here again.
