THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Worst hotel I've ever been at in my life. Holes in the ceiling, phone and TV didn't work, hair on the tile on the bathroom... along with the mold. 4 stories and yet they couldn't give us one extra pillow. Table falling a part. If we hadn't been driving for almost 800 miles we would have run.... not walked away from this place!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Mold, bugs and awful service. Reporting this motel to the Tennessee Health Board so hopefully it will be condemned soon. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here. Please do not waste your money on this trash dump.

GHETTO HELL. Disgusting. Moldy. Falling Apart. Dirty Carpets, Walls, Bed, Bathroom. This hotel/motel isn't even safe and suitable for a homeless person. Never ever in my life have I stayed a such an atrocious dirty place EVER. This is absolutely despicable. This building should be torn down with all the bugs inside. How did this place even pass any inspections???

The room looked clean but after my son showered he showed me the vent in the bathroom & it was filthy!! Then I took a closer look~stains on bedspreads, floors hadn't been mopped in who knows how long, window was the same as the floor, only 2 bath towels & 2 washcloths for the 4 of us, no phone in the room to call front desk, very few outlets in the room~I was afraid to move the nightstand because who knows what I would find, shower smells like sewer after someone shower, people outside on the walkway/balcony smoking MJ. I was told I could get a refund but had to leave in 20 minutes. I didn't have a car, so I couldn't just leave. I called priceline & it took 20 minutes to get to an agent only to be disconnected when they answered~long story short, we stayed.

The crime rate is extremely high and the “staff” does not seem to care about illegal activity even when it is happening right in front of them. Worst experience ever. People were coming and going up and down the halls at all hours of the night. This place is extremely sketchy. The worst.

one night was all i could stand. this was dirty, towels smelled. shower dirty. door pulled two inches from frame and let in air and light. drapes were half down and was propped up by night man. no drapery hooks on the falled down drapes. towel rack laying on sink would not give me second night money back as I told the nigh man was not styaing 2nd night after we saw room. I am filing complaints with Roadway Corp and Booking.com this is the dirty, nasty motel and if you stay here you will be treated like a criminal. Jail cells are cleaner and safer. two men stood outside our door at 2 am trying to see in though the broken drapes. called front desk and no answer. please do not stay here sleeping in your car would beat this motel hands down. i am trying to get a refund on my second night. was afraid to leave possessions in room…

Showed up after a long flight to find out ‘hotel’ that we had booked through a travel agent was a fairly disgusting motel that didn’t resemble the pictures we’d seen online. We’d also received a warning about the safety of the area it was located from a local on our flight. The room smelt off, and the low battery warning on the fire alarm was beeping, my partner didn’t feel safe to wait alone in the room while I went to see about swapping and so The next half hour was spend trying to find a hotel that wasn’t fully booked.

Fear not, frugal travelers. Looks can be deceiving. Booking inexpensive accommodations for a long weekend in Nashville is daunting unless you'll take a single room in someone's house. I prefer a hotel when I'm on my own so I waded through a few pages of $250-$300 a night hotels until I saw that Rodeway Inn on Murfreesboro Pike was less than half that price. It's on the way from the airport to downtown and it's right off the 41 freeway. The picture looked good so I took it. When my Uber dropped me off in front I was disappointed to see that the picture was not a photo of this motel. It didn't look like it was even up to the caliber of Motel 6---more like Motel 3.5. But I was wrong. Yes, the hotel is rather ugly, the rooms are dated and the location isn't great but the room was spotlessly clean, the crew efficient and Tasha at the desk was as welcoming and sweet as anyone you'd find at a Hilton. The promised "breakfast" was a brown paper bag consisting of a tasty packaged chocolate muffin, fruit cocktail, a breakfast bar and a bottle of water---totally non-corporate but totally perfect down to the note from Tasha printed neatly on the bag---true southern hospitality and charm at best. The lesson here is not to judge a book by its cover becomes sometimes you get more than you pay for. Edit review Remove review…
