The hotel was clean with a nice amount of ammenites. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are a light sleeper DO NOT get a room near the pool entry/exit door. The opening and closing door is extremely loud.

We appreciate your feedback and business. I want to sincerely apologize for the noise levels in your guest room. We will definitely have the door adjusted so that it will not further impact our guests. My hope is that this instance will not prevent you from staying with us again in the future. Have a great rest of the holiday...

We only got to stay one night and the first place we stoped was horrible but then we drove to the heart of Nashville and found this Hampton Inn, it was clean, friendly staff and only a ten minute walk from all the fun downtown.

Clean Hotel. Nice pool. Hotel Shuttle to Downtown Nashville. The room was clean and spacious with nice bed linens and good TV channel selection. The hotel is located across the street from the Blackstone Brewery, or you could talk the shuttle to Broadway and Honkey-Tonk the night away.

This was a clean hotel! The staff was courteous and professional. The very sweet ladies that worked the breakfast bar were wonderful!!! My only complaints would be that they would not let us swim after 10 pm, which there were no rooms surrounding the pool area and that the price for a one night stay was extremely high!

Great location to downtown area, an easy shuttle ride, great staff who you will get to know by name during your stay. Lots or local bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a large group and the entire team went out of their way to make our stay a great experience.

The Third time staying at this hotel and it gets better each time. If this is what Nashville is all about...friendly, accommodating, and clean I may want to move there. I traveled alone this time with young child and the staff made things so I felt very safe!!

The front desk staff management needs to be fired and this entire staff needs to be retrained on customer service. Everything else is great! No shuttle bus. Stay at Hampton Inn Vanderbilt on West End St instead. I was never greeted at the front desk. The person was on the phone and when they got off the phone they stared...

We stayed here because it was one of the suggested hotels for a wedding we were attending. So our expectation level was low. I can say our whole experience was top notch. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in a bit early. Our room was clean and roomy on the first floor. We had no issues...

My daughter had her college orientation at Belmont. It was the perfect place to stay. It's close to Belmont...less than a 10 min drive. No interstate. Our room seemed newly decorated. Very spacious and great bathroom. They called us in the room to ask if we like the room, if the temperature was ok and if we needed anything! Then..breakfast...
