April 29th short layover the room was clean and modern. All the staff was friendly and professional I came in contact with. I’ve stayed here a few times when it was the Marriott before it became the Sonesta. The rooms was very comfortable and the temperature was nice.

Stayed two nights here recently and had an enjoyable stay. Upgraded to a room on top floor which was massive. Hotel staff went out of their way to acknowledge Bonvoy status.

The fitness center was really large and I did observe frequent cleaning while using it on two consecutive days.

Shuttle to airport was a nice feature. Can uber anywhere from this hotel in the heart of tourist area with no problem.

Was not impressed with Champions on site restaurant. The staff seemed to be preoccupied with everything but the task at hand. Food was pretty meh at best.

Seemed challenging to get the room's temperature to stay at a level that was not too hot or too cold.

Originally we were booked at another hotel but after reading negative reviews which including being in the airport flight path, we changed our reservations to this hotel. What a great decision! The lobby was very nice and reminded us of the Sawgrass Marriott hotel in Florida. The front desk agent was extremely pleasant and helpful first over the phone when he assigned us quiet rooms at the end of the hall then in person when we checked in. Our oversized room was at the end of the hall in a motel-like wing of the hotel and it was very comfortable, had great a/c and was super quiet. We never heard any airports despite being in close proximity to the airport. The door to the hallway was very heavy and blocked out any noise from the hall. And despite other people's comments, there was ample parking even at 11:00pm when we returned from picked someone up at the airport.

As we approached our hotel for the first time, I was excited to see the view of Nashville from our room. The Sonesta was up on a hill and several stories high. I could not believe we were actually placed in a lower level room with no view of the city at all. Our patio door opened up on the main level to a garden-like area. Not only was the view very disappointing, there were distracting lights just outside the patio door at ground level that were too bright, especially given the fact that there were no blackout curtains in the room, which made it difficult to get to sleep. Another thing, I discovered a bug crawling around on the round coffee table after we had gotten in the room. It was flat and round and kind of looked like a tick. I was glad we had gotten rid of it before heading to bed. In the morning I found a dark piece of plastic between the sheets which made me wonder how it had gotten there in the first place. This is actually the first hotel room I have ever stayed in that had no pictures on the walls. Pros: The shower was great with great pressure. The tv was a nice size. I liked the availability of having a free laundromat on our floor even though we did not use it since it was our first night and only night staying in Nashville. We were passing through for a family wedding in Huntsville, AL. I would have given the hotel a higher rating had we gotten a view of the city. I wish this hotel could have "wowed me" with a view, instead of placing the three of us on the lower level. My recommendation would be to request a room not on the lower level. We did enjoy the brunch on Friday morning. It was a bit pricey, but convenient for us before heading south to Alabama in our rental car.

I want to be fair in my review. The fact that Administration did not credit my 5 day stay, even though my husband and I stayed in the King size room, and paid for the stay, because my sister did me the favor of reserving the room, they wouldn't recognize it. It's important to note that the rooms and towels are not changed or room cleaned unless you schedule it the night before. I did request to change the towels. The people at the front desk were very nice, however, if you have loyalty, make sure you make the reservation in your name because regardless of who pays for it, you will not be credited the nights you stayed there. Will I stay there again, NO, just for the principle of it and I did not like that I had to call to request that my towels are changed or my room clean, even with a 5 night stay. That has not been my experience at other hotels I have stayed at, even after Covid.

This hotel was fantastic. We got a better rate calling directly with AAA. The rooms are apparently renovated to made keeping it clean easy. And it was IMMACULATE
.The staff was very friendly and offered us complimentary bottles of water. What was the lifesaver was that5 the Champions bar and restaurant stays open late and surprised us with the BEST hamburger we’ve ever had. (Made out of brisket, shorts rib, and ground chuck) Drinks were perfect, service was good. So surprised that guacamole was fresh and tasty and came with cheese dip and salsa. Absolute best stay of our trip and we’ve paid twice the price for less.

My husband and I ended up staying here after the hotel we reserved for online and paid for in advance in Murfreesboro on May 15th was overbooked and we were told no rooms available. After searching and having so many let downs with no vacancies we ended up driving into Nashville.
I saw this online thru Trip Advisor and we went for it.
Now driving upon it I wasnt impressed, it looked like and old office building converted.
There was a hanging sign on the brick entrance with the name of the hotel on it.
The last time I stayed by a hotel near the airport with plans taking off constantly it was annoying, but this place was not like that at all. It wasn't ao close to the airport to be a distraction.

Upon entering the hotel the decor was "SPOT" on. The 2 ladies(names I've forgotten) but one was training were absolutely WONDERFUL!!!.
PROFESSIONALISM at its best. Both were warm and friendly and when I told them what happened she did say they had rooms available so I booked and paid.

Our room was impressive as well with the modern floor wooden panel laminate, sofa, large bed, shower , tv just no fridge but that was alright by me.
Bed had your basic white bed spread, large window with covering.
Basic setup with the iron and seperate closet space for clothes.

It accommodated our needs. We also placed a room order at the local restaurant inside the hotel on the 1st floor and they did not disappoint as well. Nashville Tap House was what it was called.
Purchased salmon, wings, club sandwich.
Would definitely stay here again.
Thanks Sonesta at Nashville Airport!

We arrived late afternoon on the 8th, we were greeted by the most friendly front desk staff. We were amazed by the beautiful lobby. We got to our room and it was absolutely beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. We were on the very top floor, and it overlooked the pool. Parking was very well lit and easy to find a space.
Housekeeping came in everyday and the toiletries replaced each time.
The front desk recommended places to eat, answered all of our questions and we were treated very well.
We had brunch at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The pool area was very clean. Thank you for a great stay

Best value in Nashville. Luxury at budget price, via 3rd party booking. Free laundromat, greatly appreciated after days on the road.

Room 703 could be dusted (esp. light fixtures) & walls wiped better. Full trash bag sat in front of 717 for duration of 3-day stay— not sure how that prevents disease.

Bring high watt LED bulbs. Rooms dim.

Rude service at bar. COVID excuses don’t work because the place is overstaffed—9 employees for 4 customers at one point, standing around gossiping. One bartender out smoking something 1/3 of the time. The other argued with me about the size & number of shrimp on my plate. I asked for GM couldn’t or wouldn’t point her out to me.

Can’t say enough about our stay. The facility was clean, the staff friendly and being located near the airport made for a wonderful visit. There wasn’t a time that we weren’t greeted by employees. The updates to the rooms are really nice. The dining options were also great. Adding breakfast to our stay was a good decision and I would recommend it. We ordered burgers for room service and I must say it was one of the best ever. Don’t look any further if being near the airport is what you’re wanting. The complimentary shuttle ride takes about 7 mins. We will definitely stay here again. Great job by the owners and staff.
