Red Roof's national policy is to allow "one" well behaved pet - free of charge. Per Red Roof reservations, "two" pets in a room is at the discretion of the owner/management of the individual property in question but; most do allow two pets. My suggestion to you is to call the Red Roof Inn - Nashville Fairgrounds directly: 645-832-0093, wait for the automated announcement to cycle through, select the prompt for "guest services" [this will take you to a live person at the front desk] and ask them what their policy is for two pets.
