My sister and I stayed at this beautiful hotel in 2010, a taxi ride away from the tourist haven of music city Nashville. Excellent hotel, great rooms and professional staff and thanks to a visitor we met in the bar we found The bluebird cafe and got front row seats last minute for a great singer songwriter array of artists..!...

We had a very comfortable four night stay at the Millennium. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The front desk was very welcoming and greeted us daily, whether we stopped by the desk or not. Our floor was quiet and there was no traffic noise. The location is not downtown, but very convenient to downtown, with...

We stayed in this hotel as part of a 10 day visit to Memphis and Nashville. Hotel is a bit dated, needs a refurbish. No free wifi - a vote against. Hotel reception staff very helpful and shuttle drivers were great especially Mac. Nadia, who served us breakfast was great and very friendly unlike staff in the lounge bar who...

Nice, clean room. Restaurant on site. A bit of a distance from downtown. But Uber got me downtown and back. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel grounds were kept nicely. Breakfast in the restaurant was decent, although not spectacular.

This was a hotel booked for a 3 night stay on our visit to Nashville. Free shuttle to and from the Airport within certain hours, so we made use of this. The shuttles run most of the day till about 10.30 pm running you in and out of downtown Nashville. There is no charge, this is a free service. You...

Used an express deal through Priceline to secure a room, all other reviews pretty much sum it up. Hotel is clean, just worn. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to downtown, remember to Tip! Advice to owners / investors, paint and renovate.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It is just ok. The lobby was nice, the front desk people were forcing there smiles as best they could. The inside of the rooms are consistent with rooms of an econo lodge. They charge 10$ per device if you need to use the Internet in your room. At least at...

The location of this hotel couldn't be beat. It was central to everything we had planned in Nashville. I couldn't find any hotels I could afford downtown until a few days before we left, this hotel popped up on a travel bidding site and they accepted my low bid. I knew that I wasn't going to get the Ritz, but...

We stayed at the hotel April 10 & 11 as we were in Nashville for the NRA convention. The hotel lobby is quite nice and the shuttle drivers were just great! We grabbed a burger and corned beef sandwich Friday evening and both were excellent! Sadly, however, Wi-Fi is not free. Well, it is if you want to sit in...

I booked this room thru hotwire....check in went smooth but after that it was all down hill. My room smelt and the pillows were the worst. Saying the room was basic at best is kind. Wanted to order room service but they don't make it easy with no menu in your room. After spending close to 70 dollars on take out, I returned to the hotel to go to my room and the elevator breaks. After being trapped on the elevator for close to 20 min(can u believe it was Friday13) the doors finally open and a hotel employee tried to force us to stay on the broken elevator claiming "if we try to walk of the elevator and it drops we could be hurt"...so what would have happened, if we stayed on the broken elevator, waiting on a nonexistent repair man and it dropped?!?!Needless to say I had to fight for my life and push past the employee. Then walk up and down 5 flights just to get some cutlery, because I was to shaken to use the broken elevator again. Front desk did NOTHING when I tried to tell them about my concerns and even implyed the people on the elevator were responsible. My food was cold by the time I got back to it. So I went to sleep. Woke up to try for some coffee and found out I couldn't EVEN get a complimentary cup of coffee....had to endure the nauseating stench of vomit on the elevator ride back to my room, Someone had vomited and clearly it hasn't been cleaned up just to get to my room and the key isn't working. I do staycations 2x a month. I've stayed at almost every relevant hotel in Nashville, this was my first experience at the Maxwell Milliniem Hotel and it was SORELY DISAPPOINTING!!! For close to 300$ they should be ashamed. My question is where is the accountibility??
