There was hair in the bathtub somebody's mask on the floor. Took for ever fo wifi to come on.tv wouldn't come on son fixed it. Son and wife found 2 bedbugs. I wouldn't recommend anybody staying here. I know I won't be bringing my family back. Not my idea of clean foresure
Nov 26th of 21. room had no heat. no matter what we tried. front desk told us different thing to do but nothing worked. my wife had to go to the front desk to get a heavy blanket after midnight. front desk gave us contact information for a refund. sent 2 emails but never heard back. I like to try and correct a problem before leaving a review. save your self the headache and stay somewhere else.
This reminds me of a no-tell motel I'd find on the side of the road for 59.99 a night. VERY dated. Very small. Breakfast is a joke! Not even a tea bag!!! My aunt threw her coffee away. They only have powdered creamer. Heaven forbid you should need something - like toilet paper. You'll have to go to the front desk to get it. Bathroom was extremely small. Really old bathtub/shower. Sink is outside the bathroom which I don't like because of the lack of privacy when sharing a room with someone other than a spouse. I don't know how this hotel is rated 4 1/2 stars. That's crazy! I would NEVER recommend this place. And although there was an iron - there was no ironing board. I can say 1 good thing - we did get clean towels every day. They weren't put in the bathroom, but were left on the counter right inside the door.…
1. Unbelievable how dirty the room was 2. Broken outlets and door nob 3. Mattress sunk at least 12 inches with any weight and we are not heavy We would check out but the area is pretty much sold out for one more night
This place runs on autopilot- for 2 days in a row no one at front desk to check guests in or assist current guests - rooms very dated and it’s difficult to adjust heat/air - only thin sheet and blanket on bed- pillows are like rocks to sleep on - didn’t even attempt breakfast it was so skimpy- the pictures on the website are definitely not what you get- we survived but will not go back
