We stayed at this location as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The hotel was clean, breakfast was on point, and the customer service was great! Doyle and Ty were awesome attendants ready to help with any need we had. Would definitely recommend this HI Express to anyone looking for a great stay that is in the heart of Pigeon Forge.
The accommodations are great and the bed is so comfortable. I had to call the hotel for a late arrival due to the snow storm. I spoke with Sébastien whom I would like to give 5 stars for the wonderful customer service we received. All hotels should have someone like this working for them. We will definitely stay here again.
I am a diamond elite member and have visited several of these hotels throughout USA. This one was such a disappointment. Our bathroom mirror with lights did not work. It was very dark in the bathroom. When I went down to let staff know, I was told “we know the bathroom is dark but those lights are special order and we can’t fix it.” They never offered to give us another room. We can’t even see to put our makeup on! Plus, the beds are so high, I can’t hardly get in it along with box springs that squeak every time you roll over. And, the shower bars were just hanging, not mounted. Terrible service. Never again.
Housekeeping didn't bring bath towels I had to go to the front desk to get them. We had to leave our used towels and trash outside our doors. When we checked in we were told there would be no housekeeping services. Random hairs in our room and bathroom. Breakfast and front desk were good. COVID is still in my opinion being used as an excuse for sloppy service.
This was the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in! Room was spacious, and we LOVED the separate room with jacuzzi tub! The staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable and had recommendations when we asked. Will definitely stay here next time in the area.
Best hotel around! All around amazing hotel. Every inch of the place was clean and well maintenanced with such wonderful staffing nice beds and bathrooms not to mention amazing for small or even big families. Nice for a family or business getaway.
We had booked hotel for four nights and were told at check in "due to staffing problems we were responsible for cleaning the room". We had to put dirty towels in a hamper in the hallway then go to the front desk for clean ones. Trash was to be left outside the door for pickup. IF we needed more soap or makeup removers, we had to hope we seen housekeeping or go down to the desk. The room was clean though. The bed sits on a pedestal, then add the box spring and mattress it sits very high. being short, it was hard for me to get in the bed. Breakfast was also ok. Every morning was the basic pancakes, cinnamon rolls, sausage and scrambled egg "rounds". The gravy and biscuits were the best thing in my opinion. Never seen an omelet though. We will probably check out another place when we go back.…
The hotel was beautiful and so clean! We met Queen during our stay! She was knowledgeable and so helpful with suggestions of things to do and see! Everyone we encountered there seemed genuinely friendly, helpful and wanted to insure we had a great experience! We will be back!
Stayed for 11 nights and the maintenance tech named Queen was one of the most friendly people there really made me feel welcome. The hotel was clean and had great accomidations. Nice rooms a little noisy off the main road though.
I'll start with the positives. Great location for anything you want to do or see in Pigeon Forge, our room was close to an exit which we requested. The staff was very friendly. Now on to the reason for the poor review. Upon checking in we were told no charges would appear on my debit card until check out. On day two of our five day stay I discovered my card had been charged the full amount. It's a good thing I could immediately transfer money from savings to checking! When questioned, the lady said that they only put a hold on the amount, it wasn't charged yet. I respectfully told her it WAS charged. We totally understand issues with covid and lack of staff however.......our room was not serviced in the entire 5 days we were there. We made our own beds, took out our trash, placed dirty towels in a basket in the hallway. If this is policy, so be it BUT take some money off of the price of the room. Had we known there was no service for the room we would have stayed elsewhere. The last issue isn't huge but our TV remote had no guide so we never knew what was on any given channel.…
