Rooms are over priced, out dated and dirty!!! Owners are not nice either, tell you one price and get there and its something else. Pool is even outdated. To many hotels up and down the strip to waste money here. Its a shame because it has so much potential but I just would hate for anyone to waste there money...

Needed a replacement room after leaving the prior motel the owner was very kind and gave us a good deal. The room was very nice clean convenient to everything and close to the river. Really enjoyed our stay. We will for sure stay again.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel, on the contrary, it was perfect. In a great central location with easy access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. My room was at the back of the hotel with a river view, it was very quiet, despite the hotel being on Parkway. The only sound in the evening was the...

This place was a diamond in the rough. The front closes at night so I received a phone call when I hadn't checked in by 9pm. The guy told me he was leaving our door cracked and the keys (yes they were actual keys) on the dresser. The room was super clean & recently updated. The bathrooms weren't quite as...

We stayed here for one night on our way to Myrtle Beach on spring break. They were very pleasant on the phone when we booked, and check in was very smooth. The room, while dated, was clean and quiet. We didn't have any issues, it's in a good location, and we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I are from Florida and we come to Pigeon Forge every year around this time. This year our vehicle broke down on us more than half way there, but we went on. Booked our room, paid for the room, checked in, left the room to walk to the grocery store. While my children were eating their dinner,...

I stayed in room 113 February 2017 and as I went to write my review I noticed someone said 113 had bed bugs. My wife is very paranoid about bed bugs and she constantly makes me check any bed for bed bugs. This one was no exception. I never found a single bug or any sign of any bugs. They...

Stayed here for a short Dollywood visit. This is an old fashion mom and pop motel. The kind I remember staying in on road trips when I was a kid. That certainly added to the appeal. The folks running the place were super friendly and accommodating. We were arriving late and they left our room unlocked and ready for us...

Stayed last weekend - price was good, however - our room (113, I think - on back across from river) had BED BUGS! My husband and I are still itching. Woke up the next morning with several bites. I didn't want to think it was bedbugs, but it was. Use caution!
