Location is excellent, near food and entertainment. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and roomy, clean and comfortable. A really nice place for budget minded travelers. The pool was really nice, fairly large and heated, plenty of pool chairs.

We stayed several times. Clean big room, elevator, staff very friendly. Lowest prices, meets all our needs. Service animal welcome. New pool ! Will return soon. No problems with loud noises . Quiet river, Ducks to feed, walking distance to Old Mill, Patriot Park, just a bargain on room rates always. John

I booked a room at this place from Expedia. It was very cheap and the reviews for about half and half. I books the room got my reservation number and though I was set. It took 3 hours to get to Pigeon Forge. When we got there I went in to check in. I was told that I had canceled...

Affordable and no frills, for 50 bucks I got exactly what I hoped for. The decor is straight out of the 70's and feels like something you would see on American Horror Story. BY NO MEANS, is that a bad thing! If you are paying ONLY 50 (55 with tax maybe) what would you expect??? Our room was two queen...

We chose this hotel based on price and reviews of a friendly staff. They did not disappoint. We were greeted by a wonderful front desk upon check in. The room we were given was much larger than a regular hotel room. The entire stay we heard no outside noise while in the room. Of course it was older with older...

this place was clean and comfortable and a very good value for the price. We would stay here again and would recommend this place to others for the value and location to area attractions. Ample parking as easy access from the Parkway or River Road.

We selected this dump based on Tripadvisor reviews. After checking in we found our room to be straight out of the seventies. Parking is almost non existent. The room decor was so old, if it was clean (highly unlikely) it was impossible to determine. Based on our experience we determined that this place must have some number of remodeled rooms...

First off, our reservation got cancelled... prob not the hotels fault - but it started this whole experience off (we prob should have taken it as a sign and left then)... I had reserved a 2 queen bed room, non smoking. We were told the last room they had was a 1 queen, smoking and after looking at it and...

I really wasn't sure what was going on since I've never been bitten by bed bugs before. But sure enough that's what bit me I have over 20 bites on my body from staying at this motel . I obviously don't recommend staying here after what happened to me this past weekend. Not only am I eat up with bites...
