This is a great location. It is also a great Hotel for older kids because of the pool area and water slides. It is centrally located in Pigeon Forge for easy access to everything. We had two adjoining rooms one with a kitchenette there was seven of us in our party and we were treated great the price was very reasonable. We will be going back

We had a room located on the side with a terrace. Only one chair on the terrace and it overlooked a bunch of trash. The carpets were horribly stained. Our room did not get cleaned until we complained to the staff. Even then, the only thing that was done in our room was the trash was dumped and the beds made. There were leaves in the floor where it had not been vacuumed. The inside of the small refrigerator was rusted and a shelf was broken. I have stayed in worse places, but will probably never stay here again.

I always stay at this hotel. Always very clean and friendly staff. Today was a different experience about making reservations. Be sure to verify your reservations several times. I booked 2 rooms for 2023. The first call, I did not receive a confirmation or e-mail with details. I called the next day and verified dates and ask for a confirmation number. This morning I called again to add another night to 1 room and was told the rates would change. They had my dates wrong on my 3rd call. I would have hated to show up on my planned week and not have a room. Yes, my rates changed by over $200 for January which is a slow month for Pigeon Forge.

I was there this past weekend. Upon arrival, the staff was amicable and helpful. my room was on the 5th floor. I found no issues with my room except that there wasn't enough lighting. You had lights by the door and in the bathroom. Then you had 2 lamps. There should have been additional lighting over the Jacuzzi Tub in my opinion. One of the two elevators was broken and I was told it had been broken for years. This needs to be fixed as you had to wait a long time for the one elevator. I noticed stains on all the carpeted areas. I have provided pictures. The Coke Machine on the 5th Floor was broken. The in-room AC units are very loud. All in all, if I were planning an event in Pigeon Forge, I would consider this hotel, but it would not be on the top of my list. Wherever there is carpet it is very dirty. I was told that this hotel recently changed hands. The new owner (if this is true) needs to get some professionals in to clean and repair this hotel.…

This the best stay in Pigeon Forge. We have stayed here several times. We have never been disappointed. Good service, clean rooms, nice indoor pool and little game room with pool table, arcade game machine and Air Hockey. The air hockey was not working.They have great prices during the week. We got a King Bed with jacuzzi for under $100 . (Monday-Thursday). The only thing that they could make it even better is to offer a free breakfast. They do offer you a buy one get one free breakfast coupon for the Wood Grill Buffet next door. It is a very good breakfast buffet. .

I have seen a lot of bad reviews for this property so that led me to submit mine because we had a total opposite experience. We stayed here as a last minute weekend trip. The check in process was very quick. Upon check-in we were informed that the pool was closed due to a child having an accident and they had to sanitize. No problem! We got into our room and were pleased to find it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only issue that we had the entire stay was slamming doors all throughout the night, but that is no fault of the property at all. There was only one elevator working but still did not have to wait too long for that to arrive when we needed it. I would definitely stay again without any issues.

Stayed here again and the place is filthy the carpets were all stained and dirty in rooms and hallways the pipes made loud noises all nite on and off the staff at checkin was two grumpy old ladies who didnt give a damn about the place snotty and rude!!! Have stayed here in past years but never again!!

This place has went to crap in the last three years. It use to be great, but they got over that! We arrived for a two night stay and were given a room on the 4th floor. Upon entering the room we noticed horrible stains all over the carpet. On the wall next to the bed, was what appeared to be a two finger SMEAR OF POOP on the wall! We went to the counter and told the gal there what we had found and she sent maintenance up to inspect, then we were given room #5018 (a double queen bed room)... The carpet in the second room was almost as nasty as the first. After we took our stuff there and got unpacked, I turned down bed #1 and there was a bug on the sheet under the blankets. At the same time, my wife was turning down bed #2 where she found a dirty, black sock in the bed. We went back to the front counter where we talked to a very apologetic employee, who offered us another room (this one for free)... We asked for a refund (which still hasn't arrived back into our account) and went to another motel at midnight. Stay here at your own risk! Some bus stations are cleaner! The first thing I noticed upon opening the door was a musty smell, similar to stale urine. I ran the bathroom fan and it improved but never went away. The bed linens were a bit worn and definitely needed to be replaced. The towels were good, and not stained. One day we returned to our room to find the door was not shut back, I assume it was the cleaning lady. She did the bare minimum and made the bed like a 5 year old. There was no breakfast, and the ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor. The ladies at the desk were relatively friendly, but I do not understand why they do not accept cash payments without a $200 refundable fee that would be given upon checkout. The location is great, it's just time to upgrade and get everything working.

The reason we take a $200 cash deposit for cash payments is that a deposit refund to your debit or credit card would take up to 3 to 5 business days versus the same day when you check out.
