We stayed in Snuggled Inn - The review below is what I prepared for the Cabins USA site so references to other reviews of that cabin on their site. I am honestly a bit surprised at how drastically different my experience is from other reviewers on this site. Broadly speaking this cabin needs some major work by the owner and I say that having had other rentals in the area at roughly the same price point that were infinitely better maintained. The listing photos are out of date for the actual condition of the cabin, based on the difference in size of plants out front from the photos to our visit I would guess they are at least four years old if not more. I suspect the owners have done nothing to this cabin since those photos were taken. It is also worth noting that some of what we experienced has been noted by others going back more than a year before our rental, so this owner is clearly not motivated to improve their property. While we did not have an issue with Cabins USA directly, aside from it being difficult to get a representative on the phone, there is no way I would recommend this property to anyone. I would also suggest Cabins USA should consider auditing the properties they represent to remove units like this one from their inventory so it does not reflect badly on them. Upon check-in we found the following: Downstairs Sofa - Springs were broken and ripped completely from the frame of the sofa. While you could sit on it it would collapse under the weight of an adult. This damage appeared to have been there for some time as the underside of the cushions were shredded from the damage. The master bedroom - Was infested with gnats a large number dead in the tub and the shower mat was soaked thru. The sink drain in the master appeared to have a toy or broach lodged in it. The wood work at the back of the tub was blacked either from mold or wood rot. Of the three or four drawers in the dresser only one drawer was still attached to drawer guides. Kitchen - No over mitts, no hot pads, no dish drain board, and only one kitchen towel to try and use for all three purposes. Lesser items - Door knobs throughout were extremely loose due to wear and tear. Recommend replacing for security. Pool table pockets were damaged from people leaning on them. Two of the four radial eyes on the stove were disconnected. The fold out sofa had zero padding and there were no extra comforters to use a such. Both my family and the family were were traveling with opted not to put our seven year olds on the sleeper as a result. A ten dollar piece of egg crate would go along way here or just get a decent replacement mattress. Molding around the access panel for the master tub was shattered and the broken piece was laying by the master sink. One of the downstairs blinds was broken the mechanism was hanging loose and the blades had been repaired with clear tape. When all this was reported to Cabins USA they said they would send a Tech out. They did not come until 9:30 PM the next day and simply left a door tag letting us know that they did not enter as they didn't want to wake us. All that said on the good side, the location is wonderful and I would certainly consider other rentals in this area by Cabins USA or others, but certainly not this cabin.

I will start this review by stating I had a great time in Pigeon Forge. All the attractions were fantastic, however, we should have stayed anywhere else. The largest problem with our cabin was lack of WiFi, which I needed as a student and was included in the listed amenities. I would have used cell service to complete my work, but could not as there was no cell signal. We attempted to contact the front desk and maintenance about the WiFi being out, but with no answer for any of my 7 calls. We had to visit the front desk in order to get a work order put in, which did nothing. The maintenance worker left a note saying the WiFi would work if we didn’t touch the Verizon jet pack providing it, which was false. We also never received a WiFi password. This forced us to leave one day early so I could finish my work back at home. Other concerns were: we slept in the noisiest bed imaginable, making actual sleep difficult. The toilet seat was damaged when we arrived. The toilet paper was of lower quality than Walmart toilet paper. The one positive to the cabin was that it had a working hot tub. I would heartily recommend a vacation to pigeon forge. I would not recommend a stay with Cabins USA. Get a 50$ hotel room, it’ll serve you better. We informed the front desk about our dissatisfaction and she told us a supervisor would be calling us. At this point we have not received a call. I will update this review if possible after they call.

We stayed in a cabin in Sevierville, TN. Our first time using Cabins USA and we had a great experience. It was an absolutely beautiful view! The drive up the mountain was a little scary as it was our first time staying in a cabin in TN. It was totally worth it and we loved our stay. We plan to use Cabins USA again next year when we go back. The cabin could use a little in depth cleaning but wasn’t too bad. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 and plenty of things to do in the area.

My family and I booked with Cabin USA months in advance for our Memorial Day family vacation. We were scheduled to check in to our cabin on Friday at 4pm. We called the Tuesday prior to checking in on Friday to confirm our reservation and ensure everything was in order as we were traveling from out of town and had other family members traveling from out of town as well.

This was our first time to TN. We used Cabins USA stayed in BEARLY RUSTIC Cabin. It was just as beautiful as the pictures on website. It was very clean. The only thing I would say is next time I would bring my own kitchen towels as they only had one available. We would book this cabin again next time.
