Property was really nice and clean, stayed for three nights and never heard a sound. Everything was quiet and peaceful. The room was nice and neat and smelled fresh. Bathroom was great and clean, staff was friendly and had good rest every night. Couldn’t ask for better. Will definitely be staying here again.
Clean, tidy property, despite significant remodeling of the third floor area: The staff were courteous and efficient. Continental breakfast well presented, clean and well stocked for a variety of palates.
My daughter and I were in town for a weekend volleyball tournament! The room was clean and faced the Hard Rock Cafe! The staff was friendly and helpful when needed! Over all the stay was good , I loved that they provide plenty of pillows on the bed and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable! Will definitely be back for our next weekend trip!!
We rented this room for three nights to visit the area. We got a no pet no smoking room and it was clean. The beds are a bit hard and you can hear through the walls but we just needed a clean place to stay while we were vacationing, and that is what we got. Breakfast is gravy biscuits scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. There is an option for toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, and cereal also. Drinks included, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, milk, and coffee. We left in the mornings after breakfast and returned in the evenings before bed. This place worked for us.
This was a quick weekend trip. I had read some reviews which were not so good. I’m not sure why, we were very pleased. The room is clean, roomie the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is great. We were quite happy and definitely recommend this place.
No furniture in room, electrical plugs uneven and no nightstands, toilet tank was cracked, no closet to stow your things, ironing board standing in the open in the corner, the plexiglass counter at check in was un-inviting and really sort of scary, not knowing what sort of establishment we’re we walking into? We could hear every door a open and close ! Lobby was un- inviting and could use some decor!
Just an overnight stay. Cons: Vending was out of order, toilet ran all the time and breakfast was so-so. Pros: Clean, nice staff, comfortable beds and pillows, location. Ample parking. Would stay here again.
This hotel accepts pets with a $20/night pet fee. However, pet owners must stay in the "pet rooms" which are way dirtier and smellier than the non pet rooms. At face value, this kind of seems logical, but I have rarely encountered this situation at other hotels, where pet owners stay in rooms that are equal to other rooms in the hotel. I compared my "pet room" on the first floor with a friend's room on the fourth floor and theirs was much, much nicer. Mine had peeling and warped laminate flooring, lumpy pillows that probably had the drool of thousands of pets and people in them, towels that weren't quite white, and several kinds of hair from different people and/or pets in the shower. The HVAC in my room was off when I arrived: a cost savings for the hotel, but the room was in the high 70s and very stuffy and smelly. The non-pet room seemed cleaner. The non-pet rooms would explain the 4 and 5 stars reviews for this hotel. If it were "pet rooms" only, I suspect that most reviews would be 2 or 3 stars. Besides charging pet owners more and giving them inferior rooms, the hotel is bare bones: the toilet paper gave me raw spots (it's way worse than the TP in the public restrooms at grocery stores, rest stops or gas stations), there are no pictures on the wall of any hallway or room, walls and doors are patched everywhere, carpets in non-renovated areas are very dirty, and little to no attempt made at soundproofing. My friend on the fourth floor said that he could hear dogs on the first floor yapping all night long. I stay with my pet in hotels 50+ nights a year, and this was one of the worst. The hotel had a good location, and was safe. Those are big pluses, but not enough to make the hotel more than average.…
Reserved a king suite through Booking.com. Received a queen room that iI'd hardly call a suite. For what I paid ($275 per night) I feel completely ripped off. Was told by staff there were no king beds in the hotel and there never have been. How did I reserve one??? The room we had was run down, no carpet as in the pics. No walk in shower, as in the pics. The hotel lobby pic isn't accurate nor is even the exterior color of the hotel. Again, total misrepresentation of what I thought I was getting. I never write reviews but beware, you're not getting what's in the pics. Complete rip off as far as I'm concerned. Yes, its pet friendly so its not going to be a Ritz Carlton but at least give me what I thought I paid for.
Three couples took some days to enjoy shopping and Christmas Lights. We each had rooms beside each other and they allowed us to use their breakfast room to play cards in each day. Exceptional staff Ashley especially!
