I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life all across the USA, and this one would rank below average. The wifi is not high speed and kept dropping. They didn't have enough parking at the main building where our room was located so we had to park in the back of the overflow several times. The treadmill in the "exercise room" did not work, and the exercise room was located in the back building (which we didn't even know about until we started looking for it ourselves). There was no hot breakfast. You had to go to the front desk every morning and ask what they had and then they bagged it up for you. In four days, they only got our order correct once. It was mostly Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, and fruit (which seemed to go fast). There are no signs anywhere to aide you in finding your room or the pool. I only mention this because the girl at the deak gave us the wrong directions at check in on how to get to our room, and we were wondering around on the wrong side of the hotel. The only good things about this hotel are it is conveniently located near The Island and Pirates Voyage, the rooms were clean, and the staff were nice each time I interacted with them (except two of the houskeepers we saw cleaning rooms down from us). If you want a really nice place to stay, I'd go somewhere else. This hotel is good for sleeping only.

It’s clean and smells nice. I saw no bugs or random hairs left anywhere which is always a plus. The pools were nice but a little crowded and the chlorine smell was really strong. The staff was friendly and it was pretty quiet. The only thing I really have to complain about are the beds. They are so uncomfortable and I was only able to sleep for a few hours before having to get up and move because my back was killing me. If the beds aren’t a concern for you I would recommend staying here.

Not exactly the best stay I’ve had. When booking we had no idea the pool was 1/8 mile away from our room or that hot breakfast was closed and served at the main office as to go only until 9 when our paper in our room said 10am. The water pressure absolutely sucks and even with the indoor pool it’s super cold. The only decent thing at this hotel is the pillows. Definitely not worth what we paid for at all.

So I booked a stay across the street at I call it (Vista Inn), anyways this was booked over a month ago. I never looked at the reviews. Maybe 2 weeks before my trip something was eating at me about this hotel suite place, so I went online to look up the reviews. Now alot of them said you get what you paid for, that made me dig in deeper with research. This place had more negative reviews then positive ones. When I read reviews about bed bugs and staff rudeness plus the manager being an ass; nope that was not the kind of birthday trip I wanted or wanted to take a chance at a negative trip. At the last minute I changed my reservations and used my Choice rewards to stay here. My room was supposed to be non smoking and I accidently booked a smoking room, then I wanted to come in a day early, the hotel made my changes with no extra fees except the charge for the day coming in early and gave me the non smoking room with my Jacuzzi bath tub. I was so happy! Now this place is worth it. I paid a bit more but my room was so huge , clean, staff very nice and the managers are so professional and understanding. Thank you Choice rewards!

Hotel was nice ,little more expensive ,for the quality .I would expect more .nicer place .the jacuzzi /hot tub in the room was wonderful.the best thing of the room.the hit tub down stairs wasn't the cleanest .because of covid no breakfast was being put out. The front desk lady was ok.the was clean.and close to most attractions.and the inside pool is attracted to building .you go outside to it.
