Poor advertising, there was no breakfast, the games in the arcade had pieces missing, there WiFi sucked, bugs in the room, tons of stains on the carpet...even though the hotel workers where nice the hotel was bad.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and would never consider staying elsewhere. We always request a river view to enjoy just sitting out on the balcony drinking our coffee and enjoying nature. Very relaxing! The room is very comfortable; the beds/pillows are perfect. And, the bathroom cannot be beat. Long marble countertop with double sinks and even a built in bookcase to store your large items. Due to COVID there are cutbacks. The breakfast buffet was not available and we understand that. The front desk said they were just not able to get people hired that wanted to work. I get that. The coffee in the lobby was also not available. That doesn't require a full staff to provide coffee. There are coffeemakers in the room; however, although the supplies were fully staffed upon arrival . . . in the four nights we stayed there, we had to go to the front desk for coffee to use two of those days. They never restocked the coffee, condiment packs, cups, or even the soap and shampoo. We did get coffee on the fourth day, but that was probably because we had gone down complaining every day. If they don't want to provide coffee in the room, they need to take the coffee makers out of the room. No coffee in the room and no coffee downstairs. I asked another guest in the elevator if their coffee supplies had been restocked and he replied that they bring their own coffeemaker. Guess that would be an option for the future. This pretty much took away from our previous overall impression of this hotel.

Booked 3 nights.... Called and added a 4th night. Later decided we didn't need the 4th night. Gave them multiple days notice about an early check out and they refuse to refund the night. They even refuse to respond to my emails or return my calls. I've stayed at many hotels that have refunded a night with early check out. This hotel doesn't care about its guests. Hope the extra night was worth losing a customer. We will never be back. Also, for a hotel who has no covid precautionary measures in place, it's pathetic you can't bring back coffee and breakfast. I stayed at hotels for half the price that can provide complimentary breakfast and a cup of coffee. Stay anywhere else but here.... you'll be glad you did.

My family and I stayed at Music Road Hotel this Memorial Day weekend. Check in was smooth and the lobby is gorgeous. The elevator to our room on the seventh floor sounded like it was going to come crashing down, the whole family was terrified. The beds were very comfortable and we would’ve slept great the first night, however the fan in the heating/AC unit broke and was banging around in the housing all night. The next morning we went down to get coffee and we were informed there’s not only no breakfast at either property, (I was told when I booked we could go to Music Road Inn for breakfast) there was NO COFFEE other than the pods for two in the room! Major disappointment. We went out for the day and returned and called maintenance to fix the AC, they did that in under an hour, which was great. I got in the shower and the water was still in there from the last shower in the morning, so maintenance had to be called again. The kids went to the indoor pool and came immediately back because the chlorine was way to strong. Even my seven year old couldn’t take it. The older kids went to the arcade where they found broken machines and decided to play pool only to have the eight ball missing. We all got ready for checkout in the morning and had nearly an hours wait to get onto the elevator! I thought we were going to miss checkout. I stopped at the desk and told the clerk that I was EXTREMELY disappointed, I travel frequently and usually stay at Marriot’s, and we would not be back. She cheerfully said, “I’m so sorry to hear that, have a good day!” Really? This is a beautiful place that needs some TLC and better communication to guests for amenities. For two queen beds and a pull-out, I was ok with $235 per night because we would spend $75 or more on breakfast for five anyway. The fact that I didn’t budget the additional $300 I spent on breakfast meant we didn’t get to do a couple of the attractions we came for on the first place. Disappointed is an understatement.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we fell in love!! We had a 5th floor room with a king bed and jacuzzi tub. View was amazing overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and nice! Bathroom was spacious and very clean, carpet was clean in the room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided in the room. Lobby was very clean and inviting. Pool area looked very nice, but we did not have a chance to check it out. It was just my husband and I on this trip but we can't wait to bring our daughters back to enjoy it next time!
