At $200 a night one expects a room that is free of roaches, has a bed that doesn't feel like a rock and sheets that aren't the lowest thread count possible....maybe even some toilet paper that didn't double as sand paper. TV in the room was a little 32" and how about the cleaning staff that was banging on the door the morning of check as if they were excited about the chance to clean the room....tho its quite obvious once inside they weren't really putting forth much effort. The front desk staff was nice and worked thru a glitch in their system when our reservation wasn't showing up but aside from that small slice of happiness I would def recommend paying the extra 50 a night and visiting one of the other establishments that providing the service you are paying for.

My partner and I booked our room on the Hotels App. Our room was on the 6th floor, giving it a great view of the mountains, but the images used in the listing showed the room being a bit nicer. Our fireplace was fogged over, so you couldn't really see the fireplace at all. It also just didn't work. Water pressure in the shower was great, and the jacuzzi tub in our room was very relaxing. We both had a great night's sleep, in part thanks to the great black-out curtains. It wasn't dirty, but there was unfinished painting and the jacuzzi was missing some nonessential parts. The furniture was all a bit dated (don't sit on the end table, might break soon!) and ajar. The bed's actual coverings weren't very comfortable or soft, but it didn't detract from the night's sleep. If you like more plush pillows, may want to bring your own. Service was fine at check-in and check-out. Breakfast is served here, but I overslept. Thanks, blackout curtains! 😜

The smell in the 2 rooms I had was awful & got in all our clothes. We had to rewash all our laundy & fabreeze the luggage once we got to our final destination. We only had to stay one night there. My daughter & I had bug bites all over our ankles the next day. The sink was clogged and repair guy had already gone home so kids washed their hands in the bathtub. The breakfast staff was increidably rude. The price was high for the outdated rooms. The only positive thing I can say is that the sheets were clean and rooms decent sized.

No good cleaning, rooms are no appropriate for staying. Hard bed, flat pillows, dirty carpets, they don't clean daily, people smoke in the rooms where not supposed to smoke. You leave the trash out of the room, they pick up two day after, they don't vacuum the hallways, smells is bad. Front desk never answered the phone. I won't recommend to any one, any motel look better than this hotel.

This has been a terrible experience. I knew the property was dated but the problems here go way beyond that. We were told check in was 4pm. We arrived at 6:30pm and waited in the lobby for over an hour with at least 4 other parties for rooms to be ready(?) and were finally told that there was no housekeepers and no rooms clean. This came after I’d been there over an hour but just saw a cleaning cart get loaded onto the elevator. Finally one room ready and I was next. Heard the clerk give a room to a couple that just walked in and asked - we don’t have to wait like these people right? Went and asked an approx time on my room and she asked if I would just leave and come back. I said that my only issue with that was if they would give my room away while I was gone. She assured me they would not. Gone for over an hour and came back and still nothing. She left me standing there for 45 mins and no one behind the counter meanwhile all the other people began coming back as well and we all stood there waiting again! Finally got a room. Nothing like the pictures. Plain as can be. Carpet is so dirty that my child’s feet were black within minutes so we’ve been wearing shoes constantly while in the room. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, no trash pick up for our entire stay (3 nights). One of the reasons we booked this place was because of the indoor pool and lazyriver. That area is open but very dark. I’m scared of what it might look like in the light. One elevator is broken and Coke machines are out of order. Pretty sure it’s black mold that I see close to the ceiling in the bathroom and our ceiling tiles there are stained and misshapen. Oh and the fire/smoke alarm has been ripped out of the wall. Terrible place to stay!!! And they do not care!
