Cabins are large. Comfortable and fully stocked. In the mountains so be mindful of the type of vehicle you have. Privacy is nice. You have everything you need and it's a great value. Netflix and wifi is also included in the package deal. Phone service is sketchy but you should want that break from everything. It's also fairly close to...

I recently traveled to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We stayed at this resort but through a private owner. I believe most of the cabins are the same. It feels quite adventurous because it is a steep drive to get to the cabins but the views make it all worth it. It is a short trip to the Parkway, where you will...

This development/resort is FANTASTIC! You feel right at home in the community! We stayed at Cabin Joy and from our toddlers to teenagers to adults & grandparents - everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the cabin, the resort & the area.... We were able to spend quality time together which is a rarity at home.... Thank you Cabin Joy & owners...

It's no wonder why Dolly Parton always harkens back to her childhood in these breathtaking mountains, and it's no doubt why so many flock here to breath in that crisp mountain air. These Cabins were a simple compliment to these wooded hills, not only giving the ultimate outdoors feel with its wraparound porches and wooded exterior, but also that of...

I will start by saying that the customer service from the beginning always left me with question due to the inconsistent answers I would get. That didn't get better once we checked into the cabin or even when we arrived at the cabin. The cabin was beautiful & had enough room for everyone. When I checked out I was given...

Awesome cabin! We went through Eden crest vacation rentals and had the cabin "Any way you want it!" Had everything you could possibly want. The hot tub was amazing and the views out the back were really nice. Only downside is if you thought you were going to be on level parking ground think again. You are basically on a...

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for our honeymoon, and we elected not to take the honeymoon package. The cabin was exactly like the pictures, except the bedspread which let me know they changed them to my delight, and it was so quiet! These cabins appear to be off on their own in a lot of the pictures,...

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this cabin was. We've been to the area a couple of times, and have tried different cabins. This was so nice. Well maintained, easy to get to, gated, nice pools, quiet. Very worth the money, which wasn't bad at all. Very much felt at home.

We stayed at memory keeper and the cabin was amazing! Very clean and our children loved it. There is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as mini golf. The whole area was quiet and clean would recommend the area for sure. Your just a few miles from everything to do and only a little ways to the national park....

Where to begin? This place was so nasty. * A/C not working: Air filters probably hadn't been changed in a year - see photos * Sheets on bed still dirty from previous renters * Pubic hair on bathroom fixtures - see photo * Crumbs in kitchen utensil drawer * Furniture so nasty we covered with sheets so we could sit...

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at the cabin you chose for your stay. There are many choices of cabin owners and management companies that rent out cabins in this resort. Maybe you could list the cabin name and management company that you worked with so others could get this info. Bear Creek Crossing Resort...
