We literally had the best time. We have stayed at another popular indoor waterpark a couple times and this was by far better. The wave pool was awesome it was serious waves not just the average waves it was multiple different directions wave. The adventure passes were a great value for the money. No long waits for the activities either. My only suggestion/thing that bugged me was the hot tub. The hot tub is wonderful that it goes inside and out but they really need to add an attendant at the gate. It could be staffing issues at this time which I totally understand but I was in shock. We all know that some parents don't supervise their kids but the amount of kids under 6 (gate says no one under 6) in the hot tub ruined the experience. Even my 6 year loudly said what is that baby doing in here that sign says no babies. I couldn't believe the people that had actual infants in the hot tub. Then you had small children splashing and probably all in swim diapers how gross in boiling hot tub water. I watched kids walking in the tub with drinks waving to their parents and moms didn't say no you can't take a red slushie in the hot tub. We didn't eat at the resort so I can't comment on the food. Sevierville has SO many options to eat at. Check in and check out was super easy

We’ve been to the wilderness in the Dells and honestly I like this one better since everything is in one area I have a 13, 11, 3 and 1 year old so it was nice the big kids could hang in the wave pool while being close by in the kids area. The only complaint we had is that it doesn’t have a lazy river. My kids loved the laser tag and arcade too!

We did the ice skating there...horrible. Small little rink, skated are snap on...and all 4 of us had to take them off within minutes they hurt so bad...waste of money! Staff were blah...and pretty rude too...none if them wanted to be working there!

Bought a 1-night stay off of Groupon. What I did not realize was the property has multiple lodging locations. There is a main building where the water park, arcade, and most of the restaurants are in. There are then at least two "satellite" lodging areas. I stayed in the Stone Hill Lodge, which is located about 1/4 mile from the main building. They do offer shuttle service between the lodges and the main building which was nice. The water park and the arcade are decent sized. Ate at the buffet which was also decent. Staff there are very friendly. I did notice that there was not a lot of parking at the main building, so you were pretty much forced to take the shuttle.

Happy hour at the front lobby bar is awesome! and if you are lucky enough to have Chris as your bartender, you will be very pleased. Chris was attentive, professional, friendly, and took care of our family from the kiddos to the grandparents!! He is certainly an asset to your business offering some adult fun time for the exhausted parents!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the top floor. Kids running in the halls create noise for those below.
