Our first time to the smokies. We highly recommend this resort to all first timers. Excellent value for your money. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and the water park is fantastic for an indoor park.

My husband and I took our three-year-old daughter to the resort and was very excited about it for months.upon arrival the check and was extremely quick and easy and helpful. We got into our room and it was beautiful and the right size however it was not the same room that we were told we would receive when we made...

My kids and I just needed some time away together. Our room was wonderful and accommodated all of our needs very well. We were quite a walk from the indoor water park, but we didn't mind. We had fun while navigating the halls. It was a nice trip to just have fun after a rough month. My dad (their Papaw)...

When you pay for your room it includes access to the indoor waterpark. They also have other activities indoors like the ropes course, black light golf, rock climbing wall, mini bowling, laser maze and playground that you can buy a ticket for all or just the ones you want to do. If you figure the cost of going to a...

My family has been visiting the Smokies for over 20 years and this was the first time we've stayed outside of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. If you have kids, this is a great stop. We stayed three nights, but next time we will probably only stay one and then relocate to Gatlinburg. Our kids loved the water park and every...

We took our grandson (5) there this past weekend. We were glad we stayed there because it rained (poured) for 2/3 days we were there so the indoor waterpark was our saving grace. The hotel itself is just ok. It is well maintained but the walls are SUPER thin. I awoke to the lady next door giggling at 5:30 am....

The water park and over all appearance was excellent. Cost was a little more but what do you expect from a water park hotel. My terrible weekend started when they wanted to give me a walk through of a condo that was as they say an "open house". This was just a tactic to trap me in a time share...

We took our family we have 5 children. Bar is set right in the middle of indoor swimming area and people drinking even in the toddler and baby swimming area! Watched a man drinking beer almost fall over the kids it was terrible! The swimming areas are nice but the place is overpriced for what it is. Very disappointed :(

We brought 12 people in our party and we all had a fantastic time. Would recommend. The water park is great however, dining is limited. Very clean and the staff is very friendly, especially inside the water park.

I took the grandkids last week, and they LOVED it. The rooms are great--we stayed on the hill. The shuttle does run about every 5 minutes, but when we go again, I will stay at the lodge connected to the water park just for the extra convenience. Kids are not allowed to take their own water toys such as arm...
