We are an 80 room hotel located only 4.5 Miles from Pigeon Forge and only 16 miles from Gatlinburg. There are also several restaurants close to the hotel, some of which are even in walking distance. We do have a free breakfast each morning that includes scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle, no pets allow, and property is all nonsmoking.

Bugs in the bathroom, sink cracked, absolutely no water pressure in the shower but the pressure in the sink sprayed water all over the walls, toilet, floor, tissue box in the wall, wall plug with hair dryer plugged in. Heat worked only on high, air worked only on high. Beds hard as the floor. Front desk charged extra for checking out early, when ask why....girl yelled and hung up phone. Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed with....EVER

The rooms I stayed in were nice but noisy. There is a space below adjoining door that must be covered with towels, etc. You can do nothing about noise from the ceiling. No breakfast but coffee and juice 24 hrs.

Pictures on the hotel site are deceiving. The outside looks nice and updated but this hotel is completely disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and never stay here. Where to start….. Hotel advertises free breakfast but doesn’t offer free breakfast. Not a deal breaker but they certainly shouldn’t advertise it. Upon checking in there is no one actively at the desk. You have to wait for someone to assist you. Room is small but enough space if you’re just sleeping and getting ready. The ONLY positive about the room was the sheets were nice. That’s it. Period. We stayed in room 120 and it was dirty and moldy…. See pictures. There was hair on our towels, drain gnats everywhere, mold on the ceiling, and a snail in the shower!! So ridiculous. The bedroom had a stench of smoke although it was a “smoke free room”. The ac unit was moldy and dusty and needed a filter change. Walls were dirty, floor was dirty, everything was dirty. You could hear people in the hall, people above and beside us. Random, non guests sitting around the main entrance, and lobby. Such a sketchy and horrific place and will absolutely NEVER stay here again. Pictures attached are: Moldy shower curtain Moldy ceiling Moldy wall Dead gnats smashed on wall Moldy air unit Dusty air unit Dirty floor

First time staying here, found on tripadvisor. The rooms were cozy and clean. The beds were comfy. They do have free wifi but we did find it was a little slow. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely come back and would recommend to a friend.

I have stayed at this place numerous times. Staff was always cordial and rooms were clean. Pre Covid continental breakfast was OK, nothing great, but at least gave you a little something to start the day. This visit was different, girl at the desk was very unfriendly and curt. She obviously hated her job or maybe just hated dealing with people, in which case she needs to find a new line of work. Most places we have stayed at in the past year have curtailed much of the hot breakfast items, but most still offered fruit, yogurt and individually packaged muffins or other breakfast type items. THIS PLACE OFFERED NOTHING BUT COFFEE!. So rather than at least offer some kind of scaled down breakfast this place decided to offer nothing and use Covid as an excuse. Needless to say we will look for another place to stay on our next visit.
